The games are overpriced, and the machine you buy your cards took my money and didn't issue the card, and the manager was very rude. The food was very dry and nasty.

The Arena is an absolute blast! Our guide Beau was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great understanding of the games. 10/10 would recommend!

Worst food and service I've received.. maybe ever, honestly. Our server would just disappear.. sections weren't even full. Our food came out frozen, our order was wrong, drinks took unreasonably long and came out incredibly staggered even though we ordered them all at the same time, one person in our group got his food before his draft beer, the checks were wrong, when I clarified what needed to be fixed (2 drinks), he came back after a long time and it was still messed up. The games we thought were most fun were not functioning properly, yet it took our play points anyway. Discarded drinks were everywhere. The only reason I rated atmosphere 3 stars is because spending time with my friends is always special.
