Was not expecting to be so blown away by a chain burger restaurant but I sure was. The place really has life and charm right when you walk in. The staff are incredibly friendly. And they do all these small things like serving you fries as you wait for your food and giving you a small cup of soft serve when you finish. Need more places like this.
I like a good burger. David's Burgers delivered. Not only was the food good. The service was spectacular. After I placed my order at the counter, then I filled my drink and sat down at the table. My waitress, Teresa, came by and introduced herself and offered me some fries. While I waited on my food she stopped by my table offering more fries. I refilled my drink and after I returned to the table she stopped by and politely told me she'd be happy to get my drinks. Then...
I just ate at David’s Burger in West Little Rock, AR, and had an exceptional experience. The burger was delicious, and the fries had a unique, tasty flavor that stood out. The real highlight, though, was the outstanding service. Teresa, my server, was amazing, and the entire crew contributed to a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was such a positive experience that I’m already looking forward to coming back. A definite 5-star visit for a burger joint!
