I'm from out of town and It was my first time eating here. The atmosphere and service was very welcoming. The restaurant was busy with tourists visiting for the eclipse, but the service was still fast and friendly! The food is excellent and a great price. They have the best tasting French fries and burgers I've had in a while.

01/02/2024. Don't know why Google states this location is closed, because it is open for business. I patronized David's Burgers before, and love their no-frills, menu. I went today for lunch, and the cheeseburger combo I ordered was delicious. Let me say, I've had Five Guys and their burgers are highly overrated and overpriced. David's Burgers is much more reasonably priced - and the taste is wonderful. Fresh is the best adjective I can use to describe their food. The fries that went with my order came late because they were cooking a fresh batch. I didn't mind, because the young lady serving my food was so personable and she explained the delay. She give me my hamburger, which I happily munch on while waiting for my fries. They were worth the wait! Fresh, hot, hand-cut fries seasoned perfectly. Again, their fries run circles around Five Guys. If you are looking for delicious fresh, unpretentious hamburgers and grilled chicken sandwiches offered at a reasonable price, served by courteous and attentive staff, look no further than David's Burgers on Pres. Clinton Ave.

Ordered a simple large fry and three others that ordered after me were served first. When I went to the counter after waiting 20 minutes, they seem to have completely forgot about my order and seemed confused when I told them I'm waiting on my food. How do you forget an order of fries in minutes, but remembered three other customers? Overhead someone in the back say "they always wanna order close to closing", but Google states they close at 3 on Saturdays and I ordered at 1:50, but apparently they close now at 2. When I said I ordered 20 minutes ago, both employees started laughing. Are you serious? If crime was legal I'd have beaten them both halfway to death. They can both go to Hell.Expected better from this from the River Market location. Will not be back. Disgusting

So we visited the river market location. The service is horrible. We waited too long for a to go order. I asked the young lady on the register, how much longer...her response was soon! These young folks NEED some customer service training before working with the public. Very Disappointed with this location!!!

Serves a good burger, if you like a fresh and juicy burger, then David's is the spot! Burgers are always great, but fries can be lacking. I find them typically too greasy and not crispy enough. Definitely worth checking out!

This place makes fresh burgers and fries. They need these all around the U.S. Great place to eat.

Not only are the burgers and fries phenomenal, this staff was incedible. Their smiles, courtesy, professionalism, and kindness shown to our family, was something that we wish were more common in all establishments. Thank you! Thank you. Thank you!
