Great place to stop for people who need gluten free food(and even got those who don't). My family who doesn't need to eat gluten free all enjoyed the food as well. We had cookies, breads, cheesecake, and cheese crackers. We wanted to try the deli sandwiches but they're not available throughout the afternoon (which seems odd). The prices are higher than non gluten free food but it is nice knowing you can have anything in the store without having to worry about cross contamination. I would return if in the area again.

This is my friend's favorite shop, so she brought me here. The store is very bright and clean. All the bakery items are delicious. However, the cashier when I went there was very unfriendly and gave me a rude response.

Update to my previous review - I have tried several items and love them all. What fun it is to actually go in somewhere and order - off the menu!!! And not be scared. Best biscuit and gravy mixes I have ever had- could not find good substitute until now. So good. Love the pumpkin bread! Best bun - hamburger bun I have had. Bought 2pkgs today. Blueberry cheesecake amazing. Trying cinnamon rolls next (can buy just 1) lots of choices and ways to buy single servings. Turkey melt was so good!

Soooo I reached out to this place about a month before visiting, because I see they offer “dairy free” cupcakes. I came in and ordered a total of 10 “dairy free” cupcakes. Paid $40 , which was a shocker but it was for my 2 year olds birthday party at daycare and she’s on a certain diet so I went ahead and overlooked the price since it was last minute. They did not have the best taste. The icing was good but the cake was super thick and left a weird after taste. My daughter also had a mild reaction on her hand afterwards. So I’m not sure if the cupcakes we received were truly “dairy free” or not. Nonetheless, it was not a good 1st experience for my daughter’s 1st cupcake ever. Will not return. Waste of money. :(

Dempsey's bread is the #1 gluten free bread I have ever had. They have a mix and I have tried to make it three times but I failed. I even called and asked for help.... NEVER THE LESS - I am not at all complaining - I live in Dallas and I have friends bring me the bread everytime they come. Why do I like it? it is actually like bread NOT oily to be moist, Not dry - but just perfect. Great favor. the rest of the goodies they make are excellent too...cake cookies soup etc if you are gluten free this place is a gem!

Great food & dessert gluten free
We were traveling and stopped in for treats. It is so rare to find a gluten free bakery where we live. I was delighted to have so many options. We tried brownies, choco chip cookies, sugar cookies, and lemon cheesecake bread. It was all amazing! Thank you for the great service and great bakery items.
Great place small family owned

I love this place so much, it's a bit pricey but what isnt that is gluten free. The employees are all awesome and friendly, it's got a good vibe. I love going to treat myself here
I heard there are new owners and it’s not going great. Ordered three biscuits and gravy to go, waited for over 20 minutes plus, no apology or explanation, and when I asked if they had to make the biscuits fresh, I was met with blank stare, and the reply of no we just had to heat it up, and there was an order before you. The lady before me in line waited for 25 minutes plus for one biscuit and gravy and egg bites. We watched everyone scurrying around, looking for things, frustration, disorganization, etc. Apology would have been one thing, no apology was straight up reason for me not to return.
I live 2.5 hours away, so when I come to town for Drs appointments, I always stop in. Sometimes some of the staff have seemed less than thrilled to have customers in the store. Outside of that one small detail, it's always great.
Love this place! The best GF breads I have ever had! Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable! Will be back again and again!
This is a great spot for all your GF needs including cakes, breads, cookies, lunch sandwiches, etc. I stopped here for lunch with my dad and we both got the club sandwich, which was great!
