This bakery is located downtown however parking is easy at this location . They are gluten, soy, wheat , and nut free .I got tried the Jai Cookie sandwich which is also egg and dairy free. It was delicious I almost ate the entire thing in one go ! I also got the Cornbread Mix which was easy to make .They have desserts , lunch , and frozens.They take their restrictions seriously so if you’re sensitive the gluten I recommend going here.Some things have dairy(some do not) , etc however the website is detailed so if you need to double check what ingredients are used for each item checking it is easy .The prices are a bit higher than your average but very much worth it!10/10 would recommend .

Well now, if you need a bakery treat and gluten is not your friend this place has you covered. We purchased lemon cheese cake, s'more bar, strawberry tart and raspberry white chocolate loaf. Every treat was excellent. My favorite was the s'more bar. I liked the snap of the chocolate on it and the flavor was yummy. Well done Demsey's. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

I’m celiac and this is the only place I’ve felt 100% safe since diagnosed last year!!! Met the owner, Paula, when I visited. I bought the lasagna to bring back home to Nashville with me. It is so amazing I’d consider moving back to Little Rick!!!Dietary restrictions: 100% gluten free. They won’t even let employees bring food into the establishment!!!

Dempsey bakery makes excellent gluten-free bread and crackers. The primary reason for only three stars is their extremely high prices. One loaf of cinnamon raisin bread costs $15. Five dinner rolls are $10. It’s just too expensive for every day. I only buy at the holidays!

I've been coming to Dempsey since they opened and they are a God-send. I love their classic bread. When I toast it, it's as good or better than any bread I've ever had. Their rolls are fabulous, and I stuff my turkey with their dressing. Countless times I've ordered iced shortbread cookies for special occasions, and they've always accommodated whatever theme I suggested. These cookies taste better than any other decorated cookie I've had. Their cakes may be their weakest link. I love the proprietor, Paula. She has become a friend and her bakery is a labor of love to the community. Many area restaurants use her baked goods for GF patrons, and I am grateful for Dempsey Bakery!

Needed a gluten-free castle-themed birthday cake for my son. I knew just where to go. Sam was awesome to work with, interested in the project, creative, excellent attention to detail, easy communication. When we had an issue to work out, she came in early the next day to fix it for us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the cake was amazing! My son had such a smile on his face; he will always remember this birthday, and Dempsey's helped make that happen.
