Dickey's Barbecue Pit

The fries are 1000x better than McDonald's fries (and that came from my 8yr old son as well) the ribs were big, thick, tender, and juicy.. I ordered 6 bones and couldn't finish but 2, thats how big they were. The bbq sauce is wayyy better than Whole Hog Cafe sauce, and I freaking love the WHC sauce!! Didn't think I would taste anything better! Prices high but definitely get your money's worth! Everything fresh and made to order. I eat here about 2x a week....

I ordered the potato salad with the ribs, and both were very delicious, not only will I return. I will tell people how great of a service that I had. The manager and the staff was so friendly and displayed great hospitality. I plan on making this place, a place that I can go or twice a week

**Title: A Disastrous Experience at Dickey's Barbecue Pit**

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Dickey's Barbecue Pit, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

First off, the service was abysmal. I don’t know if the staff was new or just uninterested, but it took forever to get any attention. When I finally did, I was greeted with the disappointing news that they were out of half the menu items. How does a barbecue place run out of brisket, ribs, and sides like mac and cheese and coleslaw? It’s like going to a pizza joint that’s out of dough. It’s beyond ridiculous.

The food that was available tasted just okay—nothing special. For a place that prides itself on smoked meats, I expected something with a bit more flavor. But the blandness wasn’t even the worst part, The worst part was that a big Dickey‘s barbecue pit. They serve the food with no barbecue sauce, and when we ask for some, they give us a cup maybe the size of a thimble and that was all we could have. and for $30 we got two happy meal size meals, which consisted of one small sandwich each and one tiny cup of a side and that was it and the drinks

The atmosphere was downright unsettling. The employees looked like they were walking on eggshells, clearly terrified of their manager. The vibe in the restaurant was more akin to a horror movie than a place to enjoy a meal. Seeing staff so anxious and stressed made the whole experience uncomfortable and unappetizing.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Dickey's Barbecue Pit to anyone. Between the terrible service, the lackluster food, and the unsettling atmosphere, it’s just not worth the visit. Save your money and go somewhere—anywhere—else.

High dollar trash. I ordered the 3 meat plate. I got fat for brisket no meat. I got the ribs. I have never had a rib without bones. It was to hard to chew if it was even rib. I got sausage. They gave me the hot cheese sausage I don't do spicy but the fries and the yellow cup were good. 30 bucks for fries and a yellow cup. This not worth bringing back just never go. Worst bbq in little rock period. Whoever made the order was wrong f they should have said we out of everything. I been to every bbq joint around. I advise to skip this place in less u thirsty

The western sandwich bomb and off the the chain the bread was toasted right. The pulled pork and sausage was smokey and flavorful and the fries were hot and tasty something I would try again got check them out

My goal was to try all the menu items, but the ribs were so good. I keep getting them every time I go. Oh and you gotta get them with the spicy sauce! Highly recommend.

So June 7th was my first time visiting this restaurant. Talk to the owner and her daughter. She told me her and her husband just recently brought the restaurant. Is she there when I was just saying that she was from Dumas. They were having a car show that Saturday and I told her that I stay in Pine Bluff and I don't come up here that often. We even talked about the restaurant in Pine Bluff by the airport. And the food was good and so on. Before I left she gave me a be our guest card. For a free pulled pork sandwich. Well today June 17th I went there to get the sandwich and other items. To take back to pine bluff. I was told that they don't honor it anymore. I explained to the young man that the owner just gave it to me about two weeks ago. Another young man came to the window and said we can't take it. Ok, cool beans, well the owner shouldn't be giving it out then. They cannot get my business again. I'm sure there are other bar q places to visit. Great way to not hold up your word.

Store was out of bakers potato, I ordered in the app for delivery. I wasn’t offered a substitute or anything. I was told to contact Dickey’s catering number. Now having trouble contacting store, was able to reach someone once in store hard to get customer service for mobile app orders.
