Avoid this place at all cost! This place needs to be shut down! Honestly it looks like it’s about to be anyways!

Placed an online order for lunch for my family. Store supposedly opened at 11. I arrived for pick up at 11:45 AM which is when the order was supposed to have been ready . Restaurant was not clean- Junk all over the counter, including the workers microwaved lunch of Carl’s Jr. hamburgers. When I arrived, my order was not ready and they did not have half of the materials for my order. I asked for the order to be canceled. They were not able to provide me a receipt saying that the order was canceled… The worker assured me that the charge would not go through. Four days later and I am waiting on my bank to complete my dispute as Dickeys went ahead and charged me $32 for food I never received.

Terrible food! Only one person working, who had food all over his clothes and when he handed me the monitor to enter my number for my receipt, it was so greasy it nearly slipped out of my hands. Took forever for chicken only. Served to me on a styrofoam plate with a piece of foil placed over the top. My order was to go. Ended up feeding my food to the raccoons that hang out behind the dumpsters at my office!

This marked my first encounter with Dickey's in Little Rock, initiated through an online order. The designated pickup time was 12:45. Upon my arrival, a lone individual was manning the establishment. Singularly. I notified the manager that I was there to collect an online order under the name Darlene Hicks. Upon returning to my workplace and unpacking the order, I discovered a litany of errors. The potato salad and sliced brisket were missing, the polish sausage resembled overcooked hot dogs, the Texas Toast was replaced with burnt butt ends of the bread, the requested orange Fanta was substituted with Hi C Fruit Punch, and to top it off, the entire meal was served cold.In a polite manner, I gathered the incorrect order and promptly returned to the restaurant. The individual on site admitted to providing me with the wrong order. Requesting the correct items, I was met with the revelation that there was no stock of potato salad, sliced brisket, or polish sausage. Futhermore, instead of the promised Big Yellow cup, I received the Lil Yellow Cup. The Sprite and orange Fanta were also missing.Expressing my dissatisfaction, I requested to speak with the manager. To my surprise, the individual I was dealing with claimed to be the manager. Although he offered a refund, he admitted uncertainty about the process for online orders. Frustrated with the situation, I am now seeking to escalate the matter, requesting to speak with someone higher up and urging a credit back to my card. This experience has been nothing short of atrocious.

If I could give 0 stars i would. My husband couldn’t even force himself to eat his food. We ordered ribs and they didn’t have them so this is what was given in place of it. Hard dry meat and undercooked sausage. Sides were horrible as well. $30+ for the worst meal ever. I remember bragging about Dickies when it first came out. This place is horrible now. They have definitely lost a customer today.

Anything- I was served a hot dog not spokes sausage. They did not have brisket. I watched him microwave my potato. My food was put on a paper plate and wrapped in foil. What in the world- I threw it immediately in the trash.

I ordered the Brisket Burnt Ends plate for $14.99 from the drive-thru menu, was told to drive around to the window. There I repeated my order, but was told no burnt ends today...no problem I'll take just the Brisket plate, with jalapeno beans and okra for my 2 included sides. The employee quotes me $19.38, which I questioned. He said that's why he had me drive around, that the outdoor menu is wrong. ??I reluctantly agreed, whipped out my debit card to pay, and the pin pad screen says $20.02! I proceeded, as I was hungry, but asked for a detailed receipt. The employee said it only comes via text.I got the text, clicked the link, but all the virtual receipt showed was the total $20.02 amount charged, no details and no Invoice number nor control number. The brisket, bread, sides were all ok, but I think I got ripped off, above and beyond $14.99 for a small plate of bbq and no drink.

Serving Hot dogs with Jalapeños in place of Jalapeños Cheddar kielbasa. Store-bought bean beans, old potato salad, no barbecue sauce, turkey served as brisket, chicken cold and old...So disappointed, they use to be so good. Someone from corporate needs to check on this establishment cause it's sucks

I grew up in and around restaurants, before my mother started her own company. I managed my first restaurant at the age of 16. While I do not know everything entailed at this one, it is my humble opinion, if this is their food, then they ought to just shut the business down. They took all the money to get it things a quarter right and only half delivered evermy thing... cold.

I was hungry since I walked this morning. After stopping nearby for non-food related business, I walked here. The main (side) door had a note saying use side (end) door. I did and found a line. However, that’s okay at 1 PM. I ordered and got my food & drink. I went & got a root beer but the lid for bigger cups was too small. No ice was a bother. I am unsure if the ice maker works. Sorry, no photos; my lunch was brisket & okra.

I ordered a 3-meat Plate with fries and beans. And for a side order of slew, I do not get my fries or beans and only get 2 meat. Which I would not feed to my dogs

I literally got my food on paper plate and none of it was what I ordered. The little bit I did get was cold.
