They are NOT SANITIZED, they DO NOT wear gloves nor wash their hands when preparing your food, they just walk straight from the register to the back to prepare your food. I saw it with my own eyes. They act as if COVID never/still do existed!!!
We placed an order for our school Valentines party, they were super jammed, and there was only two people working, nonetheless they had a great attitude, super kind, super friendly, and we’re working as fast as they could, we were met with the best attitude.

I had 2 pizza order one came back wrong my kids a a few slicse of the pizza before I realized it was the wrong pizza and they wouldn't credit me back for the pizza or remake the one I ordered this is not good customer service. I will never give them my business again. The lady was rude. Told me there was no manager even though the other lady I talked to said the manager would send me out a new pizza.

Hanging up the phone while you are in the middle of a sentence is their favorite thing to do. Half the employees are great, half act like they are 4 years old and raised in the absolute ghetto.

Great pizza. Parking can be tight but worth the ride
I went in to try their five cheese mac and cheese and they got the order wrong and I had to wait an excessive amount of time. I mean it was still pretty good, but it lacked the add-on items that I have requested. It was only one item with a couple of add-ons. Do better.

Go to the another nearby store or Pizza Hut. The orders are consistently delivered wrong (last 3 out of 5 times) and their favorite thing is to put you on hold as soon as you call and let you sit until you hang up. Like, 3 times in a row. You won’t be helped unless you literally decline to be put on hold and interrupt them. Food is whatever, its Domino’s, we all know what we’re getting but the contempt for their customers is way above and beyond. Just find another place to order; it’s local to this store.

For the first time pizza tracker failed me. Tracker said pizza was ready, I entered the store- my order had event started to bake. Had to wait 15 mins more. Pizza was made in a hurry, toppings not put properly. Also, saw a Fly droning in the kitchen area.

i ordered a spinach feta and it came like this. one of the slices is just a piece of bread. they didn’t even bother to do something about it while slicing up the pizza ?

Food is above average for a Domino's. I don't know if management changed or they got rid of some high performers but the delivery service the last few months has been absolutely atrocious. Or they prioritize certain neighborhoods over others.
We've gone from crazy fast delivery (less than 20 minutes) and really good pizza to horrendously long (regularly over 1.5 hours) deliveries since we moved in March (and closer too).

I literally live not even 2 minutes from the restaurant. I always track my order. The time keep changing. Says the delivery driver picked up the order at 7:30 Pm . It is not 9PM still not pizza no anything. It’s constantly this way. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but man. This is horrible horrible service. They have lost a customer for sure. Called the restaurant. No answer.
