The GM at this location is a horrible manager, I see why there’s a huge turn around at this location, customer service is awful, management is terrible! Picked up pizza and My pizza was made wrong I called to get it remade , the manager that answered the called told me that it would be credited and I can pick up pizza at a later date since I didn’t live close by, the day comes for me to get my pizza and the GM wants to argue with me about my pizza and said I should have came back to it the same day which was impossible, I would never spend my hard earned money with this location again, I was treated like I just wanted a free meal and not like a customer that was clearly inconvenienced in a past order, NEVER AGAIN!

This place has become a joke I swear i have been a loyal customer for 5 years and yet . When 22 people are there today they got 2 of my pizzas wrong. And they way they handled it on the phone instead of being professional was just straight up Rachel and ghetto. Forget thus place I'm done . Gonna go some place else with better manners.

Pizza was exactly as ordered and ready on time as predicted. I chose car side delivery and was out of the parking lot and on my way home within 5 minutes of arrival!
