The young man who was cutting the pizzas and apparently the team lead (he was probably 20 but looked about 14) is a TOTAL RACIST. He had a line of people waiting for orders and directed the cashier to get all of the black customers first (even though they happened to have arrived last), then let him get the white customers. He also spoke to all of them greeting them and what not but refused to speak to white customers and instead had a hateful glare for you. If this was the other way around dominos wouldn’t allow it for 5 minutes so why is this behavior ok?

The tracker said it was in oven and then available for pickup. I left as soon as it said it was ready and when I got there it wasn’t even in oven. It should let me know wait time before I complete order and be accurate. If they are backed up it should let me know rather than waste my time.

Great customer service!! Very fast, friendly staff They were all very nice and went out of their way to take good care of me!!! They did a good job on the pizza!! This is a very good location.

The staff were all so friendly. When I messed up my online order they were happy to adjust and get me what I meant to order. Additionally they seemed to all work together very efficiently. It’s a breath of fresh air to see friendly employees with each other and their customers!

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Domino's location. The hygiene standards here are alarming. The staff making the pizzas looked visibly unclean, and I was shocked to see a woman with burnt fingers handling the food. Despite repeatedly requesting that they wash their hands, they simply ignored the request. Cleanliness seems to be completely disregarded, posing a serious health risk, especially for online orders where customers cannot see the food being prepared.
To make matters worse, the pizza was rushed and poorly made it lacked proper pizza sauce application, making the flavor uneven. The store itself had a severe fly problem, with flies landing on the pizzas while they were being made. Installing a blue light burner or taking preventive measures to keep flies away should be a priority.
Until the management addresses these hygiene concerns and replaces the pizza prep staff with more careful and sanitary employees, I will be avoiding this location entirely. Staff with poor hygiene should be assigned to roles where they do not directly handle food, such as packaging or cutting. Domino’s must take immediate action to ensure food safety for its customers.

Have tried them twice within the last month, both time delivery.
The first time, the order stated it would be approximately 35 minutes, it took over an hour. As soon as my order was delivered, I received an email from them stating the order was not up to par on their end and provided an offer to make it right. I’m good with that.
Second time was yesterday. Order stated it’d be around 40 minutes. It took 55, but no big deal. Driver was very friendly. Food was hot when received, BUT it wasn’t what we ordered. The prep table left off ingredients in the pizza, and made the incorrect bread. Called the store, and the lady I spoke with was very attentive and friendly, went and spoke to her manager, stated they would remake the portion of the order that was incorrect, and send it back out. Had the correct order within about 45 minutes. Felt sorry for the drive having to come back out due to the prep tables mistake.
I’ll try them again. Stuff happens, but they’ve made it right both times.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Domino’s outlet. The cleanliness standards were absolutely shocking. One of the workers preparing pizzas particularly a woman with visible burns on her fingers was handling food without any proper hygiene measures. It was extremely disturbing and made me feel sick to my stomach.
The condition of the kitchen and the appearance of the staff made it clear that hygiene is not a priority here. I had to walk out immediately without placing an order. It’s unacceptable for a food establishment to allow such unsanitary practices, especially considering the potential risk of infection.
The management seriously needs to reconsider how they assign roles those with visible injuries or poor hygiene should not be handling food. At the very least, they should be moved to non-food-facing tasks like packaging or cutting.
To anyone planning to order from this location please be cautious. Cleanliness is practically nonexistent, and it raises serious concerns about food safety. Management must take urgent action to ensure safe and sanitary food preparation.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this pizza shop. Cleanliness and hygiene seem to be the last thing on the employees' minds. On Fridays, they turn off online ordering, yet when you walk in, the store isn't even busy enough to justify it.
The final straw was when I placed an order and witnessed an employee scratching their head before handling ingredients without washing their hands. Instead of following proper hygiene protocols, they directly touched the dough, which was unacceptable. I had no choice but to cancel my order and walk out.
Weekends especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are the worst here. The management needs to enforce better hygiene practices and hire workers who prioritize cleanliness, especially when preparing food. Until then, I won’t be returning.

This is from a few months ago - I just found the note on my phone and forgot to post it back then.
A week or so ago I ordered 2 medium pizzas and parm bites to be delivered. About an hour in, the online tracker feature showed that everything was still being prepped. I called to check in and was put on hold for 11 minutes. When the employee answered they said mine was about to go into the oven and said sorry.
Another hour goes by and it still shows that it is at the store. Eventually the delivery driver leaves and it takes them nearly 45 minutes to get to my house which is only 5 minutes away from the store. My order was almost 3 HOURS LATE.
I reached out to customer service because I was very disappointed. They emailed and said the local store would reach out to me - it came as no surprise that they never did. I reached back out to customer support and let them know I hadn't been contacted; they apologized, gave me a refund, and sent me a gift card to try them again.
Well, here we are. I placed an order at 5:25pm and they started working on it at 5:27PM. It is now 6PM and it is still in the prep stage. I'm about to call to check in on things.
Just got off the phone and they let me know that they are slammed with orders and down 2 drivers. I understand that frustration and know it's hard when you're short staffed, but this was just unacceptable.
I highly do not recommend this store. I honestly tried to change the store for delivery several times before submitting it, but it wouldn't let me. I feel like this location doesn't have it's stuff together. Their employees aren't trained well, they are multiple hours late on deliveries, and they are (for the most part) unhelpful. Please go to a different location.
I will say the delivery driver was very kind and he recognized the issues and apologized without me even saying anything. I don't like giving negative reviews (you can tell by my history haha), but these 2 experiences were just awful.

I love this place. Especially Antonio Kelley. He is so professional and courteous. I always get exactly what I want, and he makes sure I always have cheese and peppers... 2 THUMBS UP!!!

This place is absolutely terrible however it’s still better than the one on Rodney Parham. They clearly do not care at all about customers!!!
