Loved the service! I ordered a large pizza and had to request half of it with no cheese, due to a dairy allergy. As soon as I placed my order, Antonio from Domino's called to ensure that the pizza was made correctly. He was professional and polite! Thank You Antonio! At Dominos on Chenal parkway the Chef was using his bare hands for putting the toppings on the pizza. It was disgusting to watch. And with his same hands he checked out the pizza for me.

I have been using this location for years. And while I’ve be patient about the long wait times and often getting my orders shorted, I’m over it. I don’t blame the workers- I’m sure they’re doing their best with the resources they have.To the franchise owner- you need to get it together and hire more workers and pay them accordingly so that you can maintain your profits. If you want your place to survive, you have got to be willing to do better! The people of WLR deserve better service for the prices we are charged, and the workers deserve better than to be run into the ground because of your lack of leadership and overwhelming greed. DO BETTER.

I used to love this dominos. the past 3 times it has taken my SMALL order 2 hours to get here. Apparently there is only one working oven..... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE for the next couple of months.

This place was great and now has gone down hill. Ordered pizza tonight and after an hour was told that one oven has been broken for 3 weeks and three can’t go any faster. That’s unacceptable.
