We were excited to see the reviews and try out the restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was not as good, at least around the actual food. I would have given a four, but the waitress was very attentive and helped out the situation greatly. Neither of us were fans of the rice or beans, and the poblano enchilada lacked taste. The grilled chicken breast was exactly that and quite good. Chips appear homemade, just a little too greasy for me. Salsa was tasty, especially when she offered the hotter version.

I have to say, my wife Sherri and I have stopped at this Little jewel numerous times! Sherri has left reviews of this place, but I have yet to do so! I don't know about everybody, but I personally love this place!! It's a good thing that I do t live near them!! The Especial de lengua is so very goood in my opinion!! Their spicy green sauce will make your toes curl, and the queso blanco is muy bien!! Thank you Mary, and family for great experiences with you little place of heaven!! Love all of your food, and drinks!!!

Can’t say enough about this restaurant. Authentic, flavorful and presented on plate like you’re in a MUCH more expensive place. Generous portions and literally the best Mexican and further south fare.... they’ve even got ceviche... YEEEESSSSS! Definitely will be a regular.
