Great drinks!
I ordered a drink. I thought I was ordering the House Margarita. It was a Fish Bowl for me. I thought it's ok. By the end of the drink, it was wonderful!! LOL! Food was delicious. I would go again. They obliged us we had over 30 ppl in our group. We sat together & enjoyed it.
Guacamole was amazing. Great service and food. Just be careful where you're seated. Look up and make sure you're not under an AC pipe that might drip condensation water on you and your food. My only complaint. Also, a LARGE Guacamole is gigantic, lol. You've been warned.
They are stingy with cheese and sour cream it seems like they dont like if you ask for extra
Check your order before you leave. I've had multiple orders messed up recently. Time to find a new mexican spot.
Our waiter made our $30 margaritas and they were terrible Huge and nearly NO tequila Enchilada dinner came w 2 enchiladas about 5 inches long and a third cup of rice and beans
First time visiting. The resturant was recommended by a friend. Fast service. Friendly. Waiter came to check on us several times and the food was good. Will come back again.
The food was great! I just left the grocery store buy groceries and decided I didn't want to cook. The was a delicious hot dinner for me. Thanks El Mezcal. I ordered the Fajita Quesadilla. Highly recommend.
El Mezcal serves some of the best Mexican food in Little Rock.
They offer the authentic taste of Mexican cuisine, super friendly staff, and a great margarita all in a great atmosphere.
Located in the heart of Historic Hillcrest, this is a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal with friends and family.
All of the classics are delicious.
Personal favorite: the shrimp tacos.
Went in to celebrate the first day of 2025 dinner. The food was good, ambiance festive and service was pleasant.

The drinks were great but the food wasn’t bad but I have had better in other establishments for lower prices. The dish I had was a bit bland but the fajita nachos my friend had was seasoned well. Unfortunately I have had better food at other Hispanic establishments that had way better food for cheaper prices. This was not worth my money at all. Once again the drinks were ok but it wasn’t great. Not to mention it was very busy and didn’t get a lot of needed attention from our waitress like we should have….other than that she was sweet overall but because of the busy crowd we barely got tended to.
Both times I have eaten here it was take out. It's one of these days I'm going to actually have to go inside and eat and get the full experience. But the inside looks cozy and comfortable and relaxing.
Great food.
We love El Mezcal, but we also loved El Torito before. Such a family friendly environment. My kids have multiple options they love and my vegetarian wife loves that they will customize some of their dishes. Parking can be a booger, but it is totally worth it. Don’t sleep on the happy hour.
The food was good and the lunch menu is relatively I expensive. We were they only folks there for lunch, so the service was excellent.Folks are nice, and it's truly a Mexican atmosphere. Parking is scarce but not hard to find. You may have to walk to the restoration from where you parked.
