The lunch specials are great. I had the Pablono chicken was exceptional. The price was average and the service was friendly and courteous. The charro beans were awesome. I would definitely recommend trying this location.
Best Mexican food I have had since moving to Arkansas. I have found other good places to eat but not alla around. Either the salsa is not great or certain dishes but at El Porton the salsa is very good spicy and not like spaghetti sauce. The food is also very good. Not just the entrées but the sides as well. I rarely eat the topping that come on the side for burritos like lettuce, pico, guacamole and sour cream but I eat it like a salad here. Everything I have had is way...
I was able to have an adjustment and they added everything from the seafood ranchero to chips instead of serving it on a bed of rice and created a seafood nacho which was absolutely amazing. The portions here are large so you are definitely getting your money's worth. The bar staff came to our table to make sure we were pleased with our margaritas. Food came out fast and extremely hot. I had not one complaint from our visit and will definitely be returning.
