They advertise duros and esquites, and they don't even know them, the Guatemalan waitress with the worst attitude and very reluctantly serves, terrible service

It was not what I expected, some tacos were all dry with more onion than meat and the tortilla was all cold

The truth is, the service is terrible, the girl who is there as a waitress, I don't know what she thinks. We arrived, we sat down and there was only one menu on the table. It took them a while to bring the chips and salsa. Honestly, he wasn't busy. When they brought us the chips and salsa, he threw them on the table when he saw a man come in and left to attend to him with a friendly smile. I brought him the chips quickly, took him the drink and then eat. After she served him his water and food, he later came to take our drink and food. Terrible service, I went with my husband, my daughter and my husband's cousin, then he said they are ready when, knowing that there was only one menu, he then ordered everyone's drink except me until the last one. Well, the food was good but I think any place can give better and cheaper service for the same food. I live with waitresses, I work in a restaurant and I think that the treatment he gave us is not deserved by anyone and I am going to talk to the manager because it is not fair that they have people working there with that ugly attitude. Something I am going to say, there are 2 ladies from older and even said good afternoon to us, very friendly and attended to their tables very well.

The food was perfect , authentic and so delicious!!!!!!!!! Service was GREAT! WILL GO BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!

From my visit there the lady who served us was very sweet and kind, although only spanish speaking. So no complain there, but when it came to the food I didn't have the best experience... I ordered a Gordita with cow toungue and beans, and it came fairly quickly, but I soon realized why. The food tasted pre-cooked, and I have no problem with that, I just don't want to taste the old,bland taste. And unfortunately, that was the case. And lastly prices are quite high for the kind of service.

All very tasty, fresh food and homemade tortillas, excellent service and very clean place, definitely my new favorite place.

Awesome food very authentic overall with the taste of Puebla. But what never changes is the service my 5th time there and the service is unlike any other restaurant, 10/10
