My husband ordered the Chimichanga while I had the Ranchero Especial - which we both absolutely devoured. ~ It's casual Mexican comfort food, and it's delicious. Music played in the background only added to the ambience. I've read some reviews complaining about prices, and I can confidently say the menus ARE updated, so no worries. I absolutely recommend El Torito, if you're looking for an authentic, low-key experience. ♥️

The ambiance was inviting, and the food was delicious —flavorful and well-prepared. However, when the bill came, I noticed I had been overcharged. This was frustrating, but when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they quickly corrected the mistake without hesitation.
While the overcharge was a bit of a damper, their professionalism in resolving the issue showed good customer service. The rest of the meal went smoothly, and I left feeling satisfied, knowing they made things right in the end. I’ll be coming back, despite the hiccup, they handled it well and the food was worth it.

Very bad service. Terrible customer service. I asked to change the channel and they told me to change it. And the waitress insulted me, the truth is, she was upset because I said waitress in a loud voice, why did I only look at her feet when the service was very bad? If they had sent health officials to check the place, I saw a cockroach running around.
