WE ARE VISITING FROM THE LONE STAR STATE OF TEXAS AS WE WERE CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY TONIGHT! HOLLY WAS REALLY SWEET, ATTENTIVE, AND DOWN TO EARTH! FOOD WAS AWESOME AND EXTREMELY GREAT! WE LOOK FORWRD TO COMING BACK! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY BIRTHDAY NIGHT SPECIAL!

Id have to eat here more than once to get 5* but the prime rib was amazing!

Food was good and service was excellent. Not a fan of the way the restaurant is done. It hardwood floor that are so smooth they are almost slick. The tables are close together and if you are a bigger person, this creates some complications.

Food was delicious. Staff was amazing. The drinks were perfectly made. They also were very good with my gluten allergy. Highly recommend

Love this place. The food was excellent. Had the gumbo and shrimp and grits. The server was excellent and helpful with recommendations. Will be back.

I think I’ve left 2 reviews my entire life, this one being one of them. Both times I’ve only left a bad review, and I’ll tell you why.
I have been coming to this place for years, because the service and food is always great! One of my faves actually! But sadly, after today I don’t think I’ll ever go back. We (the other person with me and I) were waited on by a woman named Mya. I have never in my life been made feel so disrespected by a waiter/waitress. She was so rude from the moment she first approached us. Her demeanor, the comments she made at the end, and to top it off, her violent furiousness causing her to knock plates off the table. Which the host was so sweet to help pick up. I proceeded to ask the host what did we do to cause her to behave this way, his response being idk and shaking his head in shock at the way she was treating us.
The reason I’m leaving this review is because I have friends in the restaurant industry, and I know for a fact that they would never want their staff behaving this way towards customers. I HAVE NEVER allowed anyone accompanying me to disrespect a waiter/waitress, so the fact that I had to sit and tolerate this throughout my entire meal and pay and tip on top of it all is unacceptable! This reflects poorly on you Faded Rose. I can’t help but wonder why this staff member would feel it is okay to treat others this way at her place of work. Is customer service not something you pride yourself on?
This place has left such a distaste to us both all because of ONE individual, and we will not be returning.

I’ve been a patron for years. We’ve noticed a decline for awhile but today was awful. Bloody Mary was see thru, could not drink. The peel and eat shrimp were old and overcooked, inedible. The thin fish were black they were so overcooked. Ordered half and half tea and got unsweetened. The server, while nice, was more concerned with trying to upsell every single item, rather than asking why we were not touching anything. I left $100 on the table to literally walk away. We love FR, so please, please get it back on track.

Probably the worst frog legs I’ve ever had and I’m a huge fan of frog legs in general. They have some type of weird taste and are in some type of sauce. Giving this three stars because the burgers and salads made up for the frog legs. Great service and attentive. The outside seating area is nice. Not a lot of parking across the street since buffalo grill, another restaurant and faded rose share a parking lot.

This is a fantastic creole spot!! The gumbo is done just right ? Fantastic service with a full bar! A nice patio too to enjoy the weather on nice days. Kid friendly offerings too. Would highly recommend!!
