NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE!! You literally can’t even place an order because no one will pick up the phone… there online ordering sucks as well so how is this place still open? And if I do drive up there to order in front of someone they are literally standing there watching the phone ring!! I had originally made this review before I had placed/got my food. So adding this part now - in many attempts failed to not being able to call in an order, we ended up placing an order online because they are two simple meatball subs, said to be ready at 6:30 PM were not ready until AN HOUR later - we were told they had to make more meatballs because “today was a busy meatball day.” THEY WERE STILL COLD. We literally had to come home and put them in a toaster oven to be edible. Sad sad excuse for a food establishment.

I've received uncooked chicken, waited 20 minutes past my online order time, it's just truly ridiculous how you can screw up such an easy process. They're constantly understaffed, everyone that is working just chats with each other rather than actually doing their job, and just about every time I finally get my food, it's wrong in some way.Quite possibly the worst Firehouse in the state.

I came here with a friend and she paid for me food while I waited to order after her to place a to-go order to take home to my boyfriend and after he finally turned around to take my order, he told me I had cut in the line and the guy behind me was first, when I had been waiting behind my friend the whole time. Terrible customer service evertime I visit, I only come back for the food

Store wasn’t busy . Took 45 minutes to get 3 sandwiches made . When you ask how much longer is it going to take , staff is rude and starts complaining that you asked a question . Tried to get a refund so they didn’t have to make the sandwiches and the cashier rolled her eyes and refused . Definitely will not come back . This place is ridiculous

Something has happened recently and now I regularly have to wait 30-40 minutes for my order to be ready. Such a shame, this used to be somewhere quick. Budget about 30-40 minutes of waiting if you plan to order from here.

Great place to order if you want hairs in your food and half of your order missing when you get home. Legitimately the most poorly managed place I have ever been to in my entire life. Gone three times and have never gotten what I was supposed to.

I ordered from DoorDash (Firehouse sub ) on cantrell for my son. How come why he was biting into the sandwich he pulled chew gum out of the inside of the sandwich, both of them claiming the other person done it now I can’t order from DoorDash or firehouse food because I don’t know what to think. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life.?? I guess I’m going to have to start back cooking at the house because this new type of customer service .????West Markham and Chenal firehouse, and DoorDash ??? although the food was not sealed not acting like they don’t wanna give me back my money DoorDash

It’s Christmas Eve ? and my son has been craving Firehouse for 3 days, we walked in and they were fixing to close - they were so nice they opened the cash register back up and they fixed us both sandwiches. Thank you so much for the great service!! Merry Christmas ??! They were all amazing and I am so thankful we went here!!! Thank you!!!
