Second time here. Great burgers, and the Cajun fries are plentiful, and delicious! The staff are friendly and efficient. I especially want to thank the young man operating the register, DeAndre. He made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. He remembered me from last time, he was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Two great experiences in a row. Thank you Fuve Guys! I will definitely be back!!!!

We stopped in because we wanted a good burger. We were greeted very kindly by Khadijeh. She was fantastic explaining the menu since we had not been in before. She talked so sweetly to our baby and complimented her. She was always looking to help anyone that needed anything and was keeping the place tidy. We very much enjoyed the food and the staff.

I just moved to the neighborhood & came to this burger joint to check them out. The building is very clean & the decorations and stuff were cozy. The order taker explained everything very nicely & helped guide us to exactly what we wanted on our burgers. I got the double bacon cheeseburger & it came with a LOT of fries, of which I chose Cajun.
The drink machine was one of those new custom ones where there’s about 100 different flavors I was just trying out new stuff while waiting for my order # to be called lol.
The food was great it took me 2 sessions to finish & I was tearing it up, I do plan to come back sometime for more. 👍
They weren't paying attention to her WHOLE order. Beyond the sloppy burger, they had to be reminded about my milkshake

The burgers have good flavor but the patties are pretty thin and they use a lot of condiments so the bread gets soggy which is unfortunate. The fries taste pretty good but are not at all crispy.

I overall had a good experience the burger was not necessarily what I was expecting it to be, it was slightly greasier than I would want but hey a burger is sometimes greasy haha. It wasn't horrible, the service was very good, they were friendly, and upbeat !

Great service! People working were friendly, fast, efficient, and tidy... the food, however, was terrible, especially for the crazy price! Spend your hard-earned cash at a mom n' pop hotdog stand or dairy bar instead. $6 for a funky hotdog here is just not worth it. Great people working tho!

I got my food Less than five minutes, I didn’t have to wait too long for my food. The cashier repeated back my order. Everything I asked for was on my food everybody knows so nice and respectful

I’d never eaten at a Five Guys burgers place before and i wasn’t interested in trying it but after i went to this one on Chenal, I’ll definitely go back. The food was delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was fun. I just felt at home. The restaurant was clean. They give you more fries than you need. The give you your medium or large fries and then they give you an extra scoop in your bag. That was nice! I didn’t feel rushed or like I needed to hurry for the next people. I just stood there in peace and watched my burger cook and watched the process. I really had a nice visit with my husband. Be prepared to pay about $17 a person but the place stays busy. You will get a meal for this price not just a burger. That’s your bacon burger, fries and a drink.

Wow where was this my hole life... burger as amazing and not small. cajun fries where bussin. Only problem coke machine was flat and cost is a little high but would definitely spend the money again.
I like Five Guys and have been to several locations. You are always greeted by the entire crew when you walk in. I went yesterday and ordered 3 different burgers. When I got home, my burger was not the correct order. Thankfully, I live very close, so I went back. They quickly corrected my order with no questions. I'm all about exceptional customer service.
