The line moved fast. You order and the buzzer they give you goes off when it's ready. IWe ordered oysters, oyster po-boy and gumbo to go with our beers. It didn't take long after ordering for it to be ready. It was awesome!

Pricy but good. Super trendy well known local eatery. I got the lobster stew and it was tasty with nice chunks of actual lobster.
we have been there a few times and this time we got jumbo fried shrimp and it was small shrimp the had broke apart and dredged in cornmeal and fried to make it look like jumbo, the shrimp had no taste due to being smashed and sold as jumbo shrimp. Actually I have had better shrimp at Golden Coral! Very disappointed.

Trying to keep it healthy I went for the grilled salmon plate. Salmon, rice and beans, and grilled vegetables. I also went with the six-chilled shrimp appetizer. The restaurant has great ambiance despite the fast food walk up and order vibe you get upon entry. Prices are mid-range for a sit down place. Ordering it snappy means spicy and they ain't joking, I choked up for a minute with that seasoning on my salmon. All but one shrimp was great and that one was spit into a napkin due to the nasty taste and mushiness. The fish was good, moist and tasty but that shrimp is why I dropped a star! YVMV overall it’s a nice place with a lot of seafood on the menu. They also have daily specials.

The Flying Fish is located in Little Rock, Arkansas. I had dinner there and the food was good. I really liked the shrimp ? skewers and the beans and rice - very delicious! The grilled vegetables needed more seasoning. We initially sat in a more private area but moved because it was too cold. Love the unique decor of the restaurant.
