Family Meals... very satisfying. The service was very kind and attentive. It has a good interior. They have so many good reviews for a reason.

I cannot believe they would give up so easily with all the loyal customers plus long term staff. If Mr. Franke was alive he would not allow this sad surrender. I am gonna miss it....

Have they permanently closed!!!Where are all the retired/elderly people supposed to go eat to get a good healthy meal now! This is so sad

This was a childhood favorite and still is! My choices are roast beef, mashed potatoes, tomato and cucumber salad and chocolate pie!!

We loveFrankies. The food is so good. It’s real home cooking. Best fried okra, roast beef, chicken tenders. The veggies are always fresh & delicious. We love to eat here. I highly recommend Frankies

I love Frank's because of its different varieties of salads, vegetables, meats and deserts. Peach Cobbler is a hit.The atmosphere is clean and pleasant .I tell all my friends about Frank's Cafeteria in Little Rock.

Everything was good the only complaint I have is the temperature of the food could have been warmer

The food was excellent. The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The deserts were boss. We will return.

Touted as Little Rock’s oldest operating restaurant, Frankes is cafeteria-style American and Southern classics, with a set number of entrees available each day as well as different specials each day of the week. Grab a tray and walk through the cafeteria line where the servers will hand you the dishes you point at or call out, starting with an abundance of old-fashioned salads, like “Ambrosia, ” then sides, entrees, breads, desserts, and beverages.

I give it three stars because of the people not the food. The food's mediocre and the ladies that work there all remind me of my cafeteria lunch lady at school. Everyone's lady at every school you ever been to that's where they go when they retire.

Came in for a quiet supper. Got roast beef, 2 sides and a roll. And desert. The greens and roast beef were cold. The wait staff was terrible. Never came back after seating me. Never asked if I needed more water. I usually drink 3 glasses with my meal. When asking server about the entrees I requested the smothered chicken. Then she got upset when I said I did not want it since it was $8. Just for one piece. Over charged me for a lite plate .

What a treasure. Supposedly Little Rock's oldest restaurant. Cafeteria style, with multiple entree choices, salads, sides and dessert dishes daily, along with daily specials. I swear, it'll remind you of your grammie's cooking. Everything I had was excellent. Save room for the many dessert choices! Ala carte or by the "meal." Fair pricing.

Tasteless, overpriced. As a child we are at cafeterias often and was great. This was no great experience. Food was not warm by the time we got to the table. The prices were unbelievably high, the side dishes $2.90 for maybe a few bites, the roast beef $10.32, etc. Never again!

One of the last few places to go to eat at a Cafeteria. Food is ok. It use to be one of the best places to eat on Sunday after church. Great days when you could eat at University Mall, but those days are gone. Oh well great memories.
