Location is on McCain in North Little Rock AR. i asked them to leave off cheese and pickle and they did not. The fries were very cold but of course it could have been because they just threw them in the bag and they were spilled out of the container. It was like they went out of their way to mess up the order.

This establishment is okay, food is good, my issue is that like the Taco Bell establishment right beside them, they can’t seem to understand if your customer says they don’t want something on their food, it means don’t put that specific thing on their food. I told them I wanted a crispy chicken club with only cheese, lettuce, and pickles and they gave me a literal cheese burger with onion, tomato, and sour cream. Their costumer service though has always been sub par so I’m not surprised. The rest of the food was good though.

I got cheese fries and they are by far the NASTIEST thing I have ever tasted and for my first time being here I highly regret order the fries were soggy and the cheese didn’t even taste like cheese just a bland blob of stuff but the cheese curds were delicious
Very unhappy today. I had to pack up my own to go order. As the help did nothing at all. Then I didn't realize till i got home no onion rings so I'm put 4.49 now. The service people are stoned or something because they were unable to perform the simplest of tasks. I usually give out only good reviews but not this time. Bad bad Freddy's. Very bad :( I will tell everyone. Also tried the tell us how we are qr code they had the bottom of the receipt. I pretend shocked
It is freddys which is good, but the service was poor. It was definitely the worst one I have been to.
