how about not put ice cold drinks and ice cream in the same back as food that can potentially be warm when delivered, but instead y’all keep putting the drinks in the bag with the food and I think that is the most dumbest thing that people could do because that makes all the food cold. yall do this everytime you should train your employees better and have different protocols for this like maybe a different bag for the drinks or just no bag for the drinks at all???? common sense and very inconsiderate theres no way you think food stays warm next to cold drinks. fries taste like they have been in the fridge over night

When I first experienced Freddy's I lived in Tucson where it was so good and fresh. I bragged to others about it. Ten years later a whole different experience and not in a good way. The food quality has gone way down hill while prices have gone up. The staff don't look the cleanliest at this location and you should see how disgusting that Custard Machine looks when they are cleaning it.
Looking at the personnel working at this location will make you lose your appetite fast!
When first opened it was good and the staff seemed decent. Lines and the wait was long but it was worth the wait.
Today, the drive thru line is not nearly as long as when they first moved to LR. In fact there are many times there is no one in the drive thru. There are way BETTER burger places in LR like Davids which is right down the street on Bowman.
If they happen to close this location down I wouldn't be the least bit surprised. LR residences deserve better. On a good note the miserable people working there will be freed if it dies shutter its doors.

Location is on McCain in North Little Rock AR. i asked them to leave off cheese and pickle and they did not. The fries were very cold but of course it could have been because they just threw them in the bag and they were spilled out of the container. It was like they went out of their way to mess up the order.
