I got cheese fries and they are by far the NASTIEST thing I have ever tasted and for my first time being here I highly regret order the fries were soggy and the cheese didn’t even taste like cheese just a bland blob of stuff but the cheese curds were delicious
Very unhappy today. I had to pack up my own to go order. As the help did nothing at all. Then I didn't realize till i got home no onion rings so I'm put 4.49 now. The service people are stoned or something because they were unable to perform the simplest of tasks. I usually give out only good reviews but not this time. Bad bad Freddy's. Very bad :( I will tell everyone. Also tried the tell us how we are qr code they had the bottom of the receipt. I pretend shocked
It is freddys which is good, but the service was poor. It was definitely the worst one I have been to.

There roaches crawling on the counter the worker smashed it with a napkin and didn't even spray the counter and wipe with a wet towel.
Great food but a longer wait than the other fast food spots. Worth every penny but if your in a hurry, you may want to see if there's a line first.
Came in and ordered food stepped aside and the counter was extremely nasty and roaches crawling on the counter where they are bringing my food i told one of the workers after asking for the manager he just got it with a napkin and put it in the trash

Elias popped out the side door. Got my order and had it back to me before the vehicle In front of me got their order. Elias also got the order for the vehicle behind. I just pulled up and paid and off I went. Great service made faster by Elias and his enthusiasm. Way to serve Elias!
