When I first experienced Freddy's I lived in Tucson where it was so good and fresh. I brag to others about it. Ten years later a whole different experience and not in a good way. The food quality has gone way down while prices have gone up. The staff don't look the cleanliest at this location and you should see how disgusting that Custard Machines look when they are cleaning it.Looking at the personnel working at this location will make you lose your appetite fast!When first opened it was good and the staff seemed decent. Lines and the wait was long but it was worth it.Today, the drive thru line is not nearly as long as when they first moved to LR. In fact there are many times there is no one in the drive thru. There are way BETTER burger places in LR like Whataburger and Davids.If they happen to close this location down I wouldn't be the least surprise. LR residence deserve better. On a good note the miserable people working there will be freed.

Myself and some friends came in on Saturday the food was not good at all burgers extra dry and flat fries overly seasoned with salt we dined in saw customers were leaving no one came out to clean tables or the floor and as people were leaving customers was still coming in sitting at the same tables never again will i ever eat here again

My double meat burger with pepper jack and bacon meal was awesome no doubt. The young brother who took the order was cool even though he forgot the military discount of which I joked with him about it, people are not perfect you know Lol!The experience was worth it...oh I almost forgot the shake, caramel pecans and butterscotch was super!

We are from out of town so we had to search for a freddys only to have a horrible experience. The lady at the register was nice but one of the other employees who prepared our food was very very rude. My friends order wasn't made right so I took it back to be fixed and he came out to our table running his mouth about what she ordered then after he fixed it right he slammed it down on the counter so hard the sound scared me. I eat at freddys a lot and never have I had a bad experience but this sure made up for it. I will never go to this one again.
This was the GROSSEST Freddy's I have ever been to. And its a newer establishment too. We always go to the one in Benton and thought it would be a similar experience. No no. I wish we had noticed before we had ordered! The floors were slimy and disgusting. The walls and tables had stuck on food and obviously hadn't been cleaned in several shifts. If ever. And the food was awful. Hamburger was pink, cold and SO GREASY. The shake was not even halfway blended. I was so disappointed. My corker didn't even finish his meal and we both were just grossed out. We love some dives but was absolutely awful.
Freddy’s burgers is a little pricey but most definitely worth it. Freddy’s burger joint is like old school burgers used to be damn good. The ratio of everything is perfect. The fries are the absolute best they are like crispy golden laces that you will want more of. Last night was the first time I had there fry sauce it was ok but it did add a kick to the meal. I got the number 2 because what isn’t good with bacon on it? The food here is always hot the drinks are cold and I and whoever is with me at the time always leave happy and a full belly. The burger patties are very thin. I thought the smash burger version would add crispness. Mine didn't, so expect to order a double. They are not shy about their fries; I got so many and the seasoning is good. The fry sauce is thousand island with a lot of mayo.
