I ordered the southwest salad which took 40 mins to get after several other customers came and went, I'm pretty sure I was forgotten about.I made it all the way home just to realize they didnt give me blackened chicken like I ordered. So I called to make sure that it wasn't an upcharge or I was going back to get my blackened chicken, it wasn't an upcharge "atleast thats what I was told" so I proceed to fix my salad the last thing I put on top was the sour cream & IT WAS SPIOLED...read full review
The sign says they are open until 10pm. They stop answering the phone after 9pm. And, we were refused service at 9:20pm with sign on that says, “OPEN”. 👀
I have been going to Grady's for years because they have great pizza. But after today I am contemplating on returning. I first ordered a large meat lovers pizza. After driving home (25 mins) | opened the box and ate a slice.
The pizza was very doughy and not even fully cooked through. The toppings were sliding off and it did not taste good and hot.
I called and told them what happened and they allowed me to come back to get another pizza while bringing back the last one...read full review
