They use to be my go to place for chef salad. I ordered with only spinach but got bunch of lettuce under, which did not ask for. The prices have gone from $11 to $14+ Make sure you check prices and food when ordering also before leaving restaurant. Take a jacket if eaten in it's ice cold inside with temperature outside 53 degrees 11/01/2025. So don't buy at this restaurant at this time. Owner it was salad not meal. There is no comparison!!!

I ordered the southwest salad which took 40 mins to get after several other customers came and went, I'm pretty sure I was forgotten about.I made it all the way home just to realize they didnt give me blackened chicken like I ordered. So I called to make sure that it wasn't an upcharge or I was going back to get my blackened chicken, it wasn't an upcharge "atleast thats what I was told" so I proceed to fix my salad the last thing I put on top was the sour cream & IT WAS SPIOLED ROTTEN! I went back to get a refund and I was told by an old wrinkle face white woman with teal contacts that they dont do refunds (as she points at the sign) and then states "I HAVE NO WAY OF GIVING YOU A REFUND, I can make you another order or add you to our list to come back for a free order. First of all YALL SHOULDN"T HAVE A LIST and what makes you think I WOULD EVER WANT TO COME BACK so change your policy! YALL TOOK MY MONEY BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER COME BACK!

The fact I love these salads and never had an issue. But I get home and I find dirt in my salad. I called the restaurant and she tells me they are fresh mushrooms cause they cut them fresh everyday. Now as a person who works with mushrooms everyday mushrooms are not brown unless your produce comes in that way. Otherwise after about a day they turn brown. She kept cutting me off, then I brought up the fact that I didn’t see the cook wearing gloves as he was touching food with his bare hands was not ok. And these are two different pictures I took. My hand was before I called and the other one I took after I got off the phone with the lady.

I've always loved Grady's and hadn't had a chance to eat there in a long time. So the other day I decided to order spaghetti with meat sauce to go. The service is always great, they are so nice, either dining in or out. When I got home and pulled the spaghetti bag out of the main bag it was wet and fell to the floor. Thankfully upright but I noticed how watery the spaghetti was, so much so it was leaking. Started eating it and maybe ate three bites and threw it out. It was very watery, the sauce tasted sour or the meat was old, I really couldn't tell. The noodles were very over cooked. Was really disappointed in it and I hate to complain but it was bad.
