I came in on a Tuesday morning and I was greeted by a younger female who even though it was 4 am had a lot of energy and kind vibes , she even suggested my food order and kept me talking which I usually don’t do around that time all while getting my coffee and asking me for my condiments too❤️. Very mature and good energy need more young spirits like her around ! And FOOD 10/10😋. I’ll definitely be back soon for a bagel or panini 🥯

I’m writing to share a concern regarding my visit to your location inside the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (Little Rock, AR) this morning, July 24th, around 5:20 a.m.
While I understand early mornings can be stressful, the woman preparing bagels at the counter was extremely rude during my interaction. I could have moved past that. However, what truly upset me was how she treated another customer—a mother with a small child who was trying to order a bagel but spoke very limited English. Rather than offering patience or assistance, she spoke to the woman in a demeaning and humiliating tone.
As I was about to step in to help (I was still finalizing my payment), a kind man nearby intervened and simply pointed to ingredients to ask what the woman wanted. That simple gesture solved everything. It was a moment that showed how easily a situation can be handled with empathy instead of hostility.
I hope this feedback encourages additional training on customer service and cultural sensitivity. No one deserves to be treated that way—especially a mother trying to feed her child.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

The woman on shift seemed to hate her life, despise her job, and hate us. She tried her best to send us somewhere else, but my kid wanted a sandwich. I should have taken the hint.

We had an ok panini made with hate and distain, literally thrown in the bag. ENJOY!

I ordered a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with strawberry Cream cheese. The bagel was great but I believe I was overcharged but didn't have time to question the process from the menu. 8.62 for a bagel seems pretty high.

Clean breakfast option for breakfast sandwich. Got customers through quickly efficiently and we're friendly and respectful. Breakfast was tasty and came out hot.

My Bagel was almost worth the $5.50 with cream cheese, NOT, I don't believe the woman could get any less cream cheese on the bagel. Definitely a partner, relative or just don't care. 6:30am Thursday 12/12

I had the turkey sandwich and it was delicious. Tasted deli fresh and they weren't stingy with the meat. Also the young lady working there was very kind, friendly and provided excellent service.

What I ordered and what they had in stock to cook were two totally different items. I will try again, maybe, next time I am in the airport and it is 10:30am.

I grabbed lunch here when I arrived in Little Rock, and breakfast before flying out. I had the Tuna Salad on a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel for lunch. I actually really liked the bagel - I agree with the other reviews that it was a little bread-like, but it reminded me of sourdough and I was actually pretty into it. The tuna salad was okay. It was heavy on the mayo in the mayo to tuna ratio for my taste, and the overall flavour was accordingly mayo-like, but there was nothing else wrong with it. For breakfast, I got a Cinnamon Raisin bagel with cream cheese. The Cinnamon Raisin was not bad but also a little bread-y, and in this case it just reminded me of chewy wheat bread which was not as enjoyable as what the Jalapeño had going on. Cream cheese was just your generic cream cheese.
Both ones that I stopped by, the staff was really nice. I was being indecisive about which bagel and cream cheese to get when I came in for breakfast, but the woman was totally unfazed by it. In my opinion, the sandwiches are reasonably priced, but just the bagel with topping is pricey for what it is. I’d choose this again over other post-security options in the airport.

Quality (wrong order and overall taste) and customer service has really declined. To the point where we won't be purchasing from here again, as it's not worth it.
