One of my favorite places to get coffee!

Service was good, the staff was friendly. But I don’t know what happened to the quality of the product. I used to go here all the time but I started working early and could never go before work because they opened later. Now my schedule changed and I have been there twice and both times my latte was not good. I don’t know if it was the roast or the pull of the espresso shots themselves but it tasted super burnt both times. They use Torani syrup mostly now instead of the Pink house syrups and it tasted like fake sugar but also not sugary enough to cover the burnt burnt sour coffee taste. And I spent $10 for one burnt bad latte. Sadly it is not the same anymore.

Stopped here to support local as we are traveling through. There were only two girls working between taking orders and making drinks. They were out of mocha for hot chocolates, they were out of all their cheese besides cheddar and out of a lot of beans they offer for sale. While waiting for a ridiculous amount of time a local said there were two guys who used to work there and they have been gone about a month since they left the business has been very unorganized. I feel our experience would have been much different if they had more staff and were set up for success from management/ownership. You can’t provide good service if you do not have the proper resources and materials you need. Super disappointing.

I ordered and paid for coffee beans online from Guillermo's on June 22 , it is now July 29 and they haven't shipped my order or refunded my money. I have sent email and called the business to no avail. I have records of the order and payment as well as every email I have sent asking for either my order or a refund and have gotten no response.
If they do not want to ship orders they shouldn't sell the coffee online. Taking money from someone and not providing the goods or services is theft.

Not what it once was. Lots of changes have been evident. Menu, staff, service, and quality of coffee. Unfortunately this is no longer our top coffee shop in the area. Barely still in the top 5 when it used to be the number 1.

This used to be my favorite coffee shop and has majorly went downhill in the last several months. The prices have went up significantly and the menu suddenly no longer has prices on it. The drink I have gotten for over 5 years at this place is now $8 for a medium, and if it tasted like it used to, might be worth it. But the last few times I’ve went, it tasted terrible and even when I asked for it to be fixed, the barista didn’t seem to know what went into it. The wait despite whether or not they are busy has gotten substantially longer and the air hasn’t worked over the last month or so. I am very disappointed as this used to be the best coffee spot in town, that is no longer the case and if nothing changes I won’t be back.

Coffee is good, but if you are looking for friendly faces and a welcoming atmosphere, this is not your place.

2 years ago this was my absolute favorite place for coffee. Now youre thrown burnt, nasty drinks by rude employees. I went once and figured it was just because theyre busy, so i went at a less busy time and it was horrible if not worse. I asked for my drink to be extra sweet (because last time it was also incredibly nasty) and im convinced they didnt put any of the flavoring i asked for in it. What happened to the larger and better tasting drinks you used to have? Why fix what is clearly not broken? Extremely disappointed to see another small business get too focused on taking my money and not providing a good service. Do better.

What has happened to my favorite coffee shop? They were out of stock of everything, my chai was wrong, my dad's sandwich took 45 minutes, and the atmosphere is weird now. The workers I use to recognize are all gone and their replacements seem confused and flustered. The walls are covered in ugly resin art and it's an eyesore. I've been going for years and I'm so sad.

For the fourth visit in a row they have no sandwiches. Either they're understaffed, the truck didn't come, they don't have 90% of the ingredients needed, I working alone today, etc., etc.
Several times when they did have what was listed in their menu, we waited over half an hour for a muffin and coffee or sandwich and coffee....and then the employee was dishonest about why it took so long.
Today was our last visit. With customer service like this I have no idea how they remain open.

I recently visited this establishment on two occasions, specifically to buy coffee beans to brew at home. On both occasions they were sold out of the majority of their 18 varieties of beans, and display bins were empty. I asked when they would be restocked, and was told by the barista “it depends on when the owner has time to roast more”. The only beans that they did have were run of the mill beens you can purchase at any grocery store. I’m new to the area, and had heard good things about this place, so I was excited to try it out. Each time the staff has been apologetic, and expressed that they’re at the mercy of ownership to provide them product to sell. I hope ownership gets it figured out. I’ll try visiting again in a few months to see if the owner has figured out how to effectively stock his establishment with the full variety of beans that they advertise.

This was a great stop on our way out west during our summer travel. The food was great, the coffee was splendid and the man
behind the counter did an excellent job catering to my family. This is WORTH the stop! Way better than any chain coffee store.

Lots of coffee options and pretty good quality coffee as well! The pH delight was incredible!! They used Pink House Alchemy syrups and had lots of options. Our drinks took about 10-15 minutes which I thought was a long time so make sure you’ve got the time or are planning to dine in.
The place was decorated in an eclectic style, mix matched chairs and resin art displays
