Never had a bad experience! So great, the staff is kind and the drinks and food are always good. Sometimes it is loud and packed but nothing wrong with that. Favorite coffee in Little

This is a review of the coffee beans only. I purchased a bag of the decaf beans. I did not order a drink or food. I own a coffee grinder at home and I brewed 6 double shots with the same grams per shot. Only the grind setting was changed. I cannot recommend the decaf beans to people who enjoy balanced or rich coffee/espresso.The beans are highly acidic. They lose all body and flavor behind the high level of acidity. Starting with my average grind setting for the beans I typically buy, I found the shot as sour as if it had lemon juice in it. When I finally dialed in what I believed to be the correct grind setting it was still highly acidic, but with a mild richness and slight bitterness to it. Add milk or any sweetener and you'll loose the flavor all together. It's just acidic. No coffee flavor.I hate that I spent so much money on these beans. I'm sure if you enjoy medium or low roasts, this could be a very enjoyable experience, but I prefer dark roasts. And this roaster had these beans labeled as dark, despite them being quite medium in color.I wanted to enjoy this coffee as it's local to me, but unfortunately that's not an option.

I've been to this location 2x now. We live 10 hrs away and our travels this yr have brought us to Little Rock. This coffee shop is worth it! We checkout craft coffee shops everywhere we go and we liked this place so much we visited 2x!

This is my favorite local coffee shop. The coffee is tasty and fresh. They roast their beans right in the front lobby. Staff is friendly and fast. Friends don't let friends drink Starbucks! :)

This continues to be my favorite coffee spot because they really do serve some of the finest coffee in Little Rock. Their customer service has remained consistently outstanding over the last year, which keeps me coming back. They make you feel incredibly warm and welcome. They go above and beyond to complete your order and ensure you leave happy. They always greet you with a smile and a cheerful hello as soon as you walk in. I frequent Guillermo’s often and I’m greeted with the same delightful experience each time. It’s wonderful because I adore the coffee and I’m pleased to spend my hard-earned money at a business that values excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to see how easy they make it to be nice to people…

This used to be my go-to coffee place because they truly do have one of the best coffees in Little Rock. But their customer service over the last year or longer has just been so poor I don’t even go anymore. They don’t make you feel warm and invited. They simply do the bare minimum complete your order and send you on the way. They don’t even smile or say hello when you walk in. I tried it again today for the first time in MONTHS and the same experience all over again. It’s sad because I love the coffee but I hate giving my hard earned money to businesses that can’t even have employees with good customer service. It’s not that hard to just be nice to people…

I love this coffee shop. I used to be a regular at Mylos and Mugs, but they both had management changes and went down hill. I really like this place because they maintain a local feel. There food is great, syrups are local and some in house, and over all high quality service. I had not been in the shop for months but as soon as I walked in Kennedy greeted me by name. The small details make the world of difference. The games, the books, vegan friendly options, the local art work, the business card wall, THEY EVEN ROAST THEIR OWN COFFEE... all these details make such a difference! This is my go to for any occasion. Coffee with friends, studying for school, even meetings for work since they have a meeting room that can be reserved for only 10$. I am just very thankful for this place and the amazing baristas.

This place is worth the stop and is nearby the interstate! Was in town after dropping my sister off at the airport and wanted to hang out around Little Rock for a little bit longer while my stay was extended unexpectedly. Stopped by here with my laptop and did some work for a couple of hours on a weekend afternoon. You will find a lot of students here studying and the vibes are quite impressive, while it is not too loud and the music playlist fits right in. Ordered the white chocolate coffee that is on their special menu at the moment and it was perfect, as it was not too strong. Your girl loves sweet coffee, meeting somewhere in the middle. Very pleased with the barista's recommendation. Wish there were more electric outlets available around the shop though. If ever in town again, will definitely be back for the vibes and more!

This is by far my favorite coffeehouse in Little Rock. Harrison makes great drinks and the regulars make you feel like you have known them for years.
