Got just about everything I needed in one shopping trip here. The big reason why I came was for the meat. I just made some homemade black bean chili. Got 1 lb of ground beef it's so fresh I don't think I will get my meet anywhere else. Can't even trust the stores locally really anymore with what they're doing to the meat. Happy to have found this place.

Prices are too high, and you don't know if food is expired or not because they don't pit expiration dates on their products

I’ve never been to this market and am only posting this to emphasize that this review service doesn’t verify reviewers and reviews and this site should not be considered credible.

We tried HCM Green room for dinner for the first time. Really good food. Had salmon, and also the shrimp and grits. Both were delicious. Service was lacking. They seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, which is common nowdays. We’ll try coming back another time when we’re in the area.

I will have to say that this store offers amazing convenience and courtesy: that they are very nice and welcoming and that it was a simple in and out. I did not anticipate on giving a review. I was hoping this store would have been able to suit my interests, though, sadly, it did not.I was kindly greeted by a younger aged male as I entered. I checked with him to make sure I was headed in the right direction for red meat. Long story short, the butcher was confused of my distinction between "ground beef" and a "cut of steak" and that "ground beef and steak are the same", verbatim; he told me that I could not purchase a steak at a "quantity" near 5.0 lbs; he told me that "chuck" is "not in season"; he told me that their beef is nothing near local.I have been looking for a better grocery location than where I have been in the past, though I was treated as if I were going to theft an item from their store as I attempted to look around at any items of which I might have found an interest in. I was interested in possibly some cheeses, though their meats and dairies are, in fact, not local, so I was not surprised about any cheeses. Their white-meat section lacks somewhat of a touch. Their BBQ section seems somewhat nice. Their advertisement of chips stands out.Upon my full review, I would suggest that this store should tailor directly to their "fresh produce", "flowers", and "wine" customers with additional products, and to keep their selection of chips near the door for the sake of convenience. Selling more cheeses would not be a bad idea either.

I never dreamed I would find a nice lunch venue open on Independence Day; Heights Corner Market's glowing OPEN sign and smoke coming from an outdoor grill caused me to make a U-turn. I'm so glad I did. I initially started to check out with just my heirloom green tomato, but when the owner asked me if I'd found everything and I admitted I had hoped to find a vegan lunch, he assured me his chef could whip something up. I said I needed more than veggies--some beans for protein needed to be included. The Mayan chef asked if I liked corn tortillas; I adore them. He grabbed a can of black beans from the market shelves and soon I could smell onions caramelizing. Within minutes I had a little stack of corn tortillas, grilled red peppers, squash, onions, zucchini and corn, a cup of black beans made into an impromptu cup of hot soup, and a Mesoamerican style slaw with cilantro. Everything was tasty and filling, and I was delighted to be catered to with such thoughtfulness.

The staff are very nice and friendly. They have old moldy produce constantly and no butchers on hand can cut meat even though it’s a grocery store with a butchers shop in it. Doesn’t make much since especially with the prices they run there. Wouldn’t recommend nowadays

Wife said it was the best turkey burger she has ever had. And my beef burger was also one of the best I ever had. You could tell it was freshly ground and cooked perfectly. Anytime we need a burger fix, we will go nowhere else! Next time I want to try the Killer Shrimp and Cheddar Grits...if I can actually pass on getting the burger!
