The restaurant was very accommodating for our large group. We had reservations for 9, and they adjusted to 11 when we had two more wanted to join us. The food and environment were outstanding. The service was really good until the end. Our waitress either got too busy or thought we were just visiting, and we felt like we were possibly forgotten, but she was super sweet and on top of things the majority of the time we were there.
I ordered lobster bisque which only two small pieces of lobster, and which was a brown base that I did not like. I also ordered a Cesar salad without croutons. It came with croutons throughout and no salad dressing (I had to ask for more). If my server had told me, i would have ordered something else. I think the salad was premade and had the dressing added hours before so the dressing all drained to the bottom. Two of us got the scallops which were well cooked but so salty they could hardly be eaten. Our entire section had only one server. The men's room has a sink faucet that is rusted and so loose you can't use it.
The food is usually good. The drinks are usually good. Generally, the service is good, but maybe a little slow. This time, it was unreal how lacking the service was. Our server never asked us what we would like to drink. I was never even given a chance to order a soft drink, she looked dismayed when my partner ordered a drink, despite not being asked by the server. She immediately took up the menus after I ordered a plate of fries, which I intended for an appetizer, but clearly she was not intending for us to have anything else. We waited over half an hour for the plate of fries. They were not good, either. Tasted like oil grease and freezer burn. The ranch dressing could have been Great Value. We ate them anyway. He sipped his one drink as I sparingly sipped the water, since I was never invited to order anything else. She came to the table and took the empty fry plate and said she was bringing the ticket. 15 minutes later, I had to ask at the bar for the ticket because she never came back and we had to head off to the symphony soon. So I guess, if you're not actually hungry and don't want to drink anything, maybe sit in her section. Such a shame. We go to the symphony a lot and this restaurant is close to the venue. Usually, we do have a good experience there. I'm not sure what happened this time.
Convenient place to eat if you're going to an event at Robinson. Food was fine but wouldn't select the restaurant for a dinner out. You'll be fine.
Usually, this is a good place. But this night happened to be Labor Day evening, and it must have been an off night. Ordered Caesar salad, New York strip, and cheesecake. None of it was any good. The steak was extremely tough and overcooked, mentioned it to the bartender, and he didn't seem to care.
It was my birthday reservations and my waiter was extremely rude. We had a guy with a high ponytail he made rude comments, especially when giving him back his change. No one greeted me or said happy birthday. I'm beyond upset it was very loud, In a way the waiter ruin my experience. Wish someone else served us that was not cool!
We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here last night. We had reservations, and there was no wait time. The food arrived fairly quickly after we ordered. He had the ribeye, smashed potatoes, and asparagus. He asked for medium, but on the rare side, he did not want medium rare. It was perfect according to him. I had the scallops with mushroom risotto, and the flavor was amazing. Our waitress, Barbie, was personable and attentative. She actually followed us out to catch us and offer to take our picture together. I would definitely go back.
So my husband and I went here tonight and the food looks pretty! I have been here on my birthday for the past two years for alone time and enjoyed it. I took my husband with me for a date this time. This time the food tasted microwaved. I attempted to enjoy the braised beef pappardelle, as I have before, but it was only hot for about ten seconds and tasted like the veg was added in after the fact. The beef was dry and tough. Before, it had always been cooked wonderfully and tender.
My husband had the burger and fries with no onion. It came with onion and took over 15 minutes to re make a burger with a kraft single for cheese on it.
The first server we had, Laura Y was nice, but the other female who was assisting was somewhat rude. My husband had asked for more water after having his water empty for over 20 minutes. He asked the second server if it had been shift change and maybe he could get some more water. She said no, it was a team effort and Laura would be helping him with that. She had such an attitude too, like we shouldnt be asking. We only asked the second server about the water since it had been so long, and us, having been servers before, assumed it was a simple mistake during shift change.
For $37 a braised beef pasta plate, I expected not to have leftovers served to me.
Also, my husband got a side of “mushroom risotto”. It was mushy minute rice with Parmesan added in after being microwaved. They just chopped up one whole raw mushroom to add in after the fact. Not using Arborio rice at all. This should be a dish made from the heart not microwaved ??♀️. Sorry. Guess I won’t be back.
Thankfully, they did take off the pasta from the bill when I sent it back only after a few bites.
Great food and service. The price is reasonable too.

Best place for steak tips! Their chicken is really good too, I order it nearly every time we go, and we go here frequently. The bacon jam deviled eggs sound weird but are actually delicious!

Had reservations at 8:30, restaurant was fairly full, took 20 minutes to be seated and by the time we received food it was 45 after the reservation. This was a Monday evening. Appeared there were only 2 servers on the floor. Drink refills were often missing. Prices also a bit high. Some food items at table arrived cold.
We enjoyed a very nice day ner while staying at the hotel. I had the steak and my wife enjoyed the tuna tartare. The meals were very tasty although all the food was not as warm at serving as we thought it should be.
Breakfast buffet was truly amazing and very affordable! And thank you, Miss Mariana, for being so pleasant and taking good care of us! Will definitely come again when returning to Little Rock!

Another great experience and perfect choice of location for a business meal. The food was delicious, food temperature was appropriate, and the drinks were good. As always, the staff was professional and the wait time from order to food, was quite reasonable.
The wife and I went for lunch. The food was hot, and the service was great. My complaint was that the food tasted like it needed more seasonings. I would recommend you try.
