This was so unexpected! The food and atmosphere were fantastic right inside this Marriott hotel restaurant. It was perfect for the evening that we did not feel like venturing out.

I was there for lunch. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive. They were all very polite and ensured that I was taken care of.

We were here on my birthday so I went for the surf and turf. The shrimp and red snapper were excellent! The filet was small and I asked that it be cooked rare. I should know better as you can’t really cook a 4 oz filet rare unless you just wave it over the grill. If you like your filet done rare, ask to upgrade the filet so it doesn’t come out well done.

It was an okay restaurant. The food was just okay, but not great. They had nothing on the menu for dairy free. They tried to adapt a menu item, which was appreciated. My husband's meal was a little better. It was prepared with too much salt.

For a hotel restaurant this place is shockingly affordable and good! Tracy and Mariana are total rockstar and provide not just good, but outstanding customer service.

Really just a hotel lobby bar. Food was average. Price didn't match. No need for reservation. The sign said “please seat yourself”. Took a good minute for anyone to recognize we were there.

The two bartenders working tonight were the best. I ordered an old fashioned and some food to go and the food showed up right as I finished my drink. On top of all that the food was perfect! Can’t speak highly enough about everyone working tonight. I will definitely continue to go back during my stay!

Our waiter was Dwayne. He was so sweet and attentive to our needs during our visit. I ordered lamb chops with a side of smashed potatoes. Words cannot explain my first bite, but I will try. Super tender meat, flavorful and balanced in the best way. I was very pleased with my meal and prices.

I really don't like to post poor reviews of places, but people should really know what they are getting themselves into. Some colleagues and I stayed in the Marriott that this restaurant is a part of, and while the staff was pleasant, the food was inconsistent.

We arrived on a late Monday night, around 9:00 p.m. While we found our own seats, it took the wait staff a good 5-7 minutes before coming over to greet us, provide silverware, etc. When it finally come down to ordering, we had 2 Ribeyes mid-rare, 1 NY Strip, medium, and a rack of lamb. We ordered a few cocktails, including some Old Fashions to go with the steaks.

My colleague with the strip was served an appropriately thick, maybe 3/4 to 1 inch thick steak, perfectly cooked to medium. My other colleague and I both had ribeyes that were very thin, maybe half an inch, and cooked to medium well/well. While the restaurant advertises at 16 oz ribeye, there was no way a steak that thin was 16 oz. It's not even that I would eat all 16oz, but I know how much is typically left over when a proper ribeye at 16oz comes out. For a $50 price point, this was a real disappointment.

My colleague and I ordered some sauces after dinner was delivered to try and mitigate the lack of flavor and overdone nature of the meat, but the damage was already done. For a steakhouse, cocktails like old fashions need to be made properly, served with a large rock rather than a bunch of smaller ice chunks that melt way too fast and dilute the drink. Even the waiter when taking our order mentioned that the menu needed some updating.

The next night we came in for some quick nightcaps and the staff were great and friendly.

If you are staying at the Little Rock Marriott, Heritage Grille Steak & Fin won't disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful and lively. We had a group of five and everyone ordered something different and all of the appetizers and entrees were delicious. The staff was very professional and attentive.

This was my first visit to this restaurant since the existence of the former Excelsior hotel. Overall, the food was great. It was prepared with attention to detail and complementary ingredients that stimulated my palate. However, the overall experience was tempered by a very slow response from the waiter and an increasingly slow response in getting served in spite of the fact that my party had a reservation. I don't mind paying for good food and service but when either is lacking, I am reluctant to ever return.

Booked this for Mother's Day, there was nothing that said that it would be a Mother's Day Brunch Buffet... I personally find buffets disgusting, and then you want to charge $54 a person when half the food was bad/inedible. I had been questioning trying the place out for a little bit. But now I have my answer on if I would be back. Our server was very nice, though!

amazing Mother's day buffet with some of the best salads and deserts we have had! The carving station and omelette bar was very solid as well. Fun time to enjoy a special day on Mother's day.

Wonderful way to set the mood for the Bonnie Raitt concert that followed the dinner...the Linguine Pescatore was amazing paired with the fried brussel sprouts...done that order twice now recently and it is consistently delicious. Great relaxing booth too.
