Heritage Grille | Steak & Fin

If you are staying at the Little Rock Marriott, Heritage Grille Steak & Fin won't disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful and lively. We had a group of five and everyone ordered something different and all of the appetizers and entrees were delicious. The staff was very professional and attentive.

This was my first visit to this restaurant since the existence of the former Excelsior hotel. Overall, the food was great. It was prepared with attention to detail and complementary ingredients that stimulated my palate. However, the overall experience was tempered by a very slow response from the waiter and an increasingly slow response in getting served in spite of the fact that my party had a reservation. I don't mind paying for good food and service but when either is lacking, I am reluctant to ever return.

Booked this for Mother's Day, there was nothing that said that it would be a Mother's Day Brunch Buffet... I personally find buffets disgusting, and then you want to charge $54 a person when half the food was bad/inedible. I had been questioning trying the place out for a little bit. But now I have my answer on if I would be back. Our server was very nice, though!

amazing Mother's day buffet with some of the best salads and deserts we have had! The carving station and omelette bar was very solid as well. Fun time to enjoy a special day on Mother's day.

Wonderful way to set the mood for the Bonnie Raitt concert that followed the dinner...the Linguine Pescatore was amazing paired with the fried brussel sprouts...done that order twice now recently and it is consistently delicious. Great relaxing booth too.

I had a business meal here, and the food was delicious! I had the fish of the day (halibut), while others had the steak and pescatore. All enjoyed their food and drinks.

The management at this restaurant should be fired. We had a 12:45 reservation on Friday. I arrived at 12:15 and was told they would definitely get me in at 12:45. I came back at 12:45 only to wait 1 hour and 45 min and then be told we are next. Watched them clean a table for us and then waited another 20 minutes o ly to be told the kitchen was backed up and it would be another hour and a half. The management was rude and avoided coming to speak with us after an almost 3 hour wait. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS RESTAURANT. Find another option. We finally found some great restaurants down the street. Michael should not be working in this industry he avoided telling guests the truth and just kept walking around and avoided addressing the problem. Horrible manager

It appeared that there was not enough employees to service the amount of attendees. The wait time was ridiculously long after being seated. Then, it took them almost an good an unacceptable,

The restaurant was very accommodating for our large group. We had reservations for 9, and they adjusted to 11 when we had two more wanted to join us. The food and environment were outstanding. The service was really good until the end. Our waitress either got too busy or thought we were just visiting, and we felt like we were possibly forgotten, but she was super sweet and on top of things the majority of the time we were there.

Had a great dinner experience!! Absolutely would recommend...only downside was the noise level was a bit much.

I ordered lobster bisque which only two small pieces of lobster, and which was a brown base that I did not like. I also ordered a Cesar salad without croutons. It came with croutons throughout and no salad dressing (I had to ask for more). If my server had told me, i would have ordered something else. I think the salad was premade and had the dressing added hours before so the dressing all drained to the bottom. Two of us got the scallops which were well cooked but so salty they could hardly be eaten. Our entire section had only one server. The men's room has a sink faucet that is rusted and so loose you can't use it.

The food is usually good. The drinks are usually good. Generally, the service is good, but maybe a little slow. This time, it was unreal how lacking the service was. Our server never asked us what we would like to drink. I was never even given a chance to order a soft drink, she looked dismayed when my partner ordered a drink, despite not being asked by the server. She immediately took up the menus after I ordered a plate of fries, which I intended for an appetizer, but clearly she was not intending for us to have anything else. We waited over half an hour for the plate of fries. They were not good, either. Tasted like oil grease and freezer burn. The ranch dressing could have been Great Value. We ate them anyway. He sipped his one drink as I sparingly sipped the water, since I was never invited to order anything else. She came to the table and took the empty fry plate and said she was bringing the ticket. 15 minutes later, I had to ask at the bar for the ticket because she never came back and we had to head off to the symphony soon. So I guess, if you're not actually hungry and don't want to drink anything, maybe sit in her section. Such a shame. We go to the symphony a lot and this restaurant is close to the venue. Usually, we do have a good experience there. I'm not sure what happened this time.

Convenient place to eat if you're going to an event at Robinson. Food was fine but wouldn't select the restaurant for a dinner out. You'll be fine.

Usually, this is a good place. But this night happened to be Labor Day evening, and it must have been an off night. Ordered Caesar salad, New York strip, and cheesecake. None of it was any good. The steak was extremely tough and overcooked, mentioned it to the bartender, and he didn't seem to care.

It was my birthday reservations and my waiter was extremely rude. We had a guy with a high ponytail he made rude comments, especially when giving him back his change. No one greeted me or said happy birthday. I'm beyond upset it was very loud, In a way the waiter ruin my experience. Wish someone else served us that was not cool!
