I ate here the night before the Little Rock marathon: The service was dynamite. I absolutely loved the heritage burger here. One of the best burgers I have had. Substituted my fries for a salad and it was a win! Old fashioned was good as well.

Another great experience and perfect choice of location for a business meal. The food was delicious, food temperature was appropriate, and the drinks were good. As always, the staff was professional and the wait time from order to food, was quite reasonable.

The wife and I went for lunch. The food was hot, and the service was great. My complaint was that the food tasted like it needed more seasonings. I would recommend you try.

I had the lamb and smashed potatoes. Lamb chops were divine! Potatoes were tasty but something about them seemed like they had been out a bit and reheated without stirring. Husband had the steak and potatoes and loved it. He ordered the ribeye and got a strip instead but it was so delicious he didn't care. We ordered the crab cake appetizer which I didn't care much for except the sauce. Husband loved them!

Food was outstanding. Lamb was cooked perfectly. Excellent Ahi appetizer and a very respectable wine list. Service was very good, though maybe a little distracted at times. I'll definitely be back
Food was just average. I had the salad greens and added chicken. The chicken was very bland. My husband had the Turkey club sandwich and that was very good and a huge triple decker!

Realizing it was a hotel restaurant, there were some accommodations I would allow. However, the service was DEPLORABLE. Our appetizer, with half of it remaining, was removed without being asked. ALL of our silverware was gathered, and we had to have new silverware before the entrees. It was a birthday celebration, but not a happy one.

Horrible services. The 2 women who were bartending were both on their phones the whole time. Gossiping and talking about their manager and customers. They were not happy and complaining about everything. I was made to feel like I was wanted there. The only reason i stayed is bc i was staying at this hotel.

Very disappointed. I came here with big expectations and with these prices, it’s ridiculous that my food was cold and very bland. I was here for a birthday party and the girl across from me her greens were so salty and the chef came out and even said she was right and he “86” them. Why would you send food out you know is wrong ? Just very disappointed.
Dined at Heritage Grille Marriott Hotel Little Rock on December 6th. Food had good flavor but was served cold (smashed potatoes, asparagus and wings). I spoke with waiter about it but he just looked at me. He did not apologize. I did not send it back because I hear horror stories when food is sent back. Food should be outstanding at a restaurant like this but it was not unfortunately.

Was nice place to eat Thanksgiving buffet. Everything good just the Kiwi wasn't that great But the other food made up for it. The guy who booked the restaurant reservation for me was super nice. And they have paintings for sale down their hallways to the bathroom.

Had the chicken, it was sitting in broth so were my potatoes, not too appealing. Our waiter had so many tables that service was slow. Our table had 4 chairs, 2 water glasses and 1 set of silverware. And, to top it off, if you are going to have "steak and fin" in your name, maybe offer as much "fin" as you do "steak". I was definitely hoping for seafood.
