Wasn't what I remember it being. Place was mostly empty for a Saturday night. 15 minutes to get a beer that was flat from the tap due to foaming issues that no one could seem to correct. Sauces are all butter based but im fairly certain all I got was butter on my wings though I ordered the medium sauce wings. All I could taste was butter no sauce. Just wasn't the same experience that I've come to know from a Hooters Restaurant.

The food and the beverage are always great! The company just changed their buffalo sauce a little and I'm trying to adapt to the change but it is still tasty.

I’m not one to leave a bad review - but this is not the first issue I have had with this hooters in the last year. I live out of town, I placed my order online, at the end it states the pickup person has to show id and the card used - so I attempted to call - however I kept getting a hang up, tried every different prompt and still it hung up - when my son shows up to pick up the order, he calls to tell us the 2 flavors we picked (online) are no longer available - yes they did say they could refund the order - but now we have wasted so much time - instead we chose to just change the flavors and now my kid has to wait an additional 30 minutes because of their inability to properly run a restaurant.

When we shop at the outlet malls, we always swing by the Hooters to get a cold drink and a buffalo chicken sandwich. This one has always been a better cleaner establishment. I just wish they would bring back their beer, cheese and pretzel appetizer.

3 friends and I came in at 6pm on a Saturday. Only about 15 other customers total. Took 1 1/2 hrs to get an order of wings. I’ll never be back. What a waste of money and time.

I will never be back. It’s sad because the server was really sweet but everything else was horrible. Service was the slowest I have ever had eating out, the food was wrong twice, the whole experience was very disappointing. I was literally just waiting to leave for majority of my time there. I felt stuck, when the food finally came it made it feel worse that we waited that long for what was received.
BRING BACK THE OLD MENU!!! Specifically the nachos!!! Please and thank you!

Food took forever, waitress, never came by to refill our drinks and then argued with us over extra charges on our bill. We asked to speak to a manager, and he never would come to the table.

Terrible experience. Had to sip my drink the whole 2 hrs I was there. Never got a refill. Got charged for something I didn’t ask for manager couldn’t come from the back to address the issue. Would step out look at me and run to the back. Ended up applying military discount instead of just removing the extra charge. Burger was not what was ordered. Got my fries I order at the end of the meal when we were ready for the checks. Dip that came with the fried pickles less then half filled container then if you ask for another it’s additional $.99 for less then half a container again. Overcooked funnel fries, little to non powder sugar on them and chocolate dip over heated. Overall terrible experience. Wasn’t even busy for it to be a terrible experience. Waste of money and time. Will not be returning.

The service was horrid. We waited two hours for our food just for me and my friends food to be all wrong. We never got drink refills as well. The food was cold and wrong. Only good thing was the cheesecake. Then my friend had an issue with the ticket so the waitress went to get her manager which he never came out to see us. He would step out look at us and then run to the back. We wait for over an hour for anything to be resolved. Horrible experience overall. This was my first time coming to Hooters and tbh probably my last. Definitely not worth the price or the experience.
