Everything was bad. Eggs over easy bad, tasteless. Bacon, sausage horrible. Hash browns…hard to tell what they really were. Pancakes hard and tasteless. Everything ice cold. Service was fine. Food in totality was a disaster. Nothing was salvageable. This was about 1 week ago in morning.

This is the second time I’ve come to this specific ihop for food they have now messed up twice. This most recent time, I placed an order on the app and came to pick it up twenty minutes later. Come to find out they have already given out my order to someone who allegedly gave my name to them. Manager comes and says that they will remake it this time but the next time they will not be able to. Kind of weird given the fact that THEY messed up by not fully verifying who they were giving the order to. Manager was also very rude when I showed not only the mobile app order, but the email confirmation, and my state issued id. Will not be back to this specific chain.

The parking lot is trash. An accident waiting to happen. They ran out of eggs. So we ordered biscuits and gravy. The biscuits looked like pancakes and the gravy tasted gritty. My waitress was wonderful and they were handling the busy crowd.

Me and my bf waited almost an hour at our table to served then when the server finally came she got our drinks our drinks had to be put in togo cups because they didn't have glasses🙄 then when she came back with drinks she was talking to another customer just having a whole conversation while taking our order, im never dining in here again!!!
