We waited 45 minutes for our food. We had a heart check up that we couldn't miss. Food never came. The waitress followed me to the car and said I needed to go in and pay for the food we never got. She stuck her foot inside my car door so I couldn't close the door. We called 911. The head person came out and told her to come back inside. Not only did we not get the food she was very rude.

😥 I just took my baby boy (4) there for the first time to celebrate his graduation from Pre-K4. He wanted pancakes so I decided why not he’s never been there. Walk in we were greeted with kindness. My waiter directed us to be seated. She took our order and specifically asked for the Jr pancakes kids meal for my son. After about 2 minutes of sitting my son noticed a lot of ants on the seat and table. ( not mad cause it’s a restaurant it’s expected from time to time ) I let them know with kindness. Then our food arrives at our table. I noticed she brings out the kids Cupcake pancakes. Which I didn’t order. In my mind I’m like well maybe he will eat it. I won’t complain. After him eating his sausage first he then went to try the pancake. Immediately didn’t like it. (To sweet) so I asked her could I get what I ordered cause he didn’t like the one she picked.! Her attitude Immediately went Left. Threw her hands up and said something and walked off to assist her other customers. I’m like wow 😮.! I tried holding in my anger cause now you doing to much.! She then comes back and say my manager said since he already ate his sausage they can’t replace the sausage but can replace the pancakes. Remind you that’s all I asked for in the first place. Her attitude continues. I don’t know if she was already irritated or what before we got there but I’m like I came here to let my son enjoy himself. That’s it that’s all. If I come in and place a order give me what I ordered not what you feel my son would like cause he’s a kid. We are not that big on sweets that’s why I ordered original pancakes for him. I paid for our food asked for containers and still left a tip and politely left.! I will NEVER GO BACK.! The attitude was very unprofessional and not needed.! The old me would have caused a problem.! The mother in me walks away from anything that’s negative around my kids.! TO THE MANAGER DO BETTER ON TEACHING YOUR WORKERS TO SOLVE PROBLEMS IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY.!

Got kicked out after my service dog barked to tell me my heart rate was up, but I ignored it because he scared a lady and I was trying to make him be quiet so he barked again, I got kicked out and told service dogs do not bark. I tried to explain he is still in training, and that it could be a sign, didn't care

If I could give this place a zero star view I would. My wife and I came here just to let some stress out and get some food that not from children’s hospital and to get her out of the hospital where our three day old is at due to be born early. First they lost our ticket and after sitting almost an hour and half we asked someone where our food was and was nonchalant told our ticket got lost with no apology or think. Then they get us our food and they messed up the order and we didn’t even bother telling them about it because we done waited so long. Then they bring us our ticket and no discount or anything. We will not be back here ever. This is the worst ihop we have ever eaten at.
