I went to IHOP last night and stayed there for about three hours. It’s a really nice place with a great atmosphere, and I truly enjoyed my time there. The server was very kind and explained everything clearly to our group.

Feb 26th had lunch at IHOP in West Little Rock, ordered from the 55plus menu. Food was excellent! Service also very good. Coffee is a bit overpriced to me.Only other negative was navigating to & from restroom. Probably can't be helped but it was a bit cramped getting around customers and servers. I would certainly eat there again, no major complaints at all!!

Ordered pickup and pulled into the pickup spot and called the number and he said it would be right out. 5 minutes later someone came out to inform me I had to come inside to pick up the order. I waited for an addition 15 min before my order came out and I got there 15 minutes after I ordered. If I wanted to wait that long I would have come inside
For years at this point, we regularly order the 2x2x2 breakfast for carry out to take home and eat but today the manager told us that the most basic breakfast at a breakfast restaurant cannot be ordered over the phone and has to be ordered in person bc it’s a special promotion? I’m sorry, that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. It’s pancakes, eggs, and sausage and has been on the menu for at least a decade. If you tell me I can’t order what I always order bc it’s “special” when it hasn’t been for the last 10 years, then I’m out.

Worst eggs Benedict Ive ever had. The poached eggs were like hardboiled and the holindaise sauce was like nothing Ive ever tasted. Plus my 4 and 5 yr Olds didn't eat for free like they usually do. I will probably never be back to an IHOP again.

I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location. I called this location to ask if they could cancel my order, the lady on the RUDLY stated that she “couldn’t because the food was already made.” Which is weird, because the food won’t be getting picked up either way. So, I was refused a refund. She wasn’t apologetic whatsoever. I will be contacting corporate.
