My name is lakisha Greene and I'm a former manager at this location around three years ago . During this time I experienced homelessness and was not able to continue working at the location talked to upper management about the situation. They hired me back a second time and I had to leave once again. And when I tried to come back I was told no several.times I am on my feet now I am settled now and I would like a opportunity to come back . I was great employer to my crew as well as customers. And I have seen how the restaurant is going down hill with very negative reviews. When I worked there I ran a tight ship.i would like to.have another chance at my job .

Man this place has changed I remember when it was a black manager here i was homeless at the time and she made sure I got something with the little ten bucks I had she paid the difference she never knew I came along after that I used to watch how kind she was and she had that crew top notch her name was lakisha Greene I believe when she left I stopped going I went yesterday hoping to see her I but what I was rude management and crazy people they have a manager now Marible she's one evil women I've won the lottery not a whole lot but enough I will not be spending it here ever again do better ihop

This is the first IHOP that I have ever been in that the food was cold, workers were sitting back in the booths, bathroom was horrible and there was a cart full of dirty dishes and water on the floor around it at the back by the bathroom. Now this place was empty so it shouldn't have been a mess like it was with workers sitting around. I ordered the chicken biscuit with country gravy and hash browns. My hash browns were under cooked and cold, my chicken patty was hard and old, The gravy had lumps of old yellow gravy and was cold as well. We were very disappointed.

They overcooked my hash browns, and the eggs weren’t very good either. However, I did enjoy my pancakes. They had the best pancakes, and cold water in the glass hit. The other guests with me , ordered chicken tenders and pancakes, and they didn’t complain, so I assume they were good. The service was great that day. They honored our meal coupon and deal that we brought in.

I went with family from out of town we went here for breakfast. Waiter was very rude and was not professional he sat down with another customer and started chatting with the customer. I tried talking to him and he walked away and was he not listening. Food was undercooked and a fly in my drink. Do NOT recommend coming here.

I made a online order for a omelet. While making the order, it did not give the option to add a extra salsa. I tried through both store site and uber eats. I decided I'll order and call for a extra salsa. When I called I was told by the person that answered the phone and manager we charge for extra salsa. I explained it's not a option on the site. The manager said he understands that but if I want extra I need to pay .99 cent. I just spent $35.00 for food and you want run my card for .99 cent. That small thing of salsa is not worth that much. Now if it was a option when i ordered no problem. I think about all the times my salsa was not in my bag, because I order from here a lot, Ihop should have done a courtesy.
Update: So I get my order and guess what, absolutely NO salsa. But yet you say one comes with it 🤷🏾♂️

Nobody spoke to us past us being seated. No drink or anything. We waited 20 minutes and left. They were not busy and the employees were all sitting around playing on their phones.
Must not be 24 hours on Saturday like they say. Showed up at 4 am everyone’s outside smoking saying they don’t work here with doors locked and lights on. Really?

Literally the WORST in the franchise!! Very rude and racist management. The manager, Christian, refuse to serve me because I was not in a “parking spot” for a pick up order. I’m almost happy he did not, the restaurant was run down and the cleanliness was very subpar. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
