I ordered on door dash and Manager's special! The sandwich was wrong, they just substituted the soup with some crap that looked 2 days old. I didn't recive my cookie or muffins so I literally paid 25 for a half of sandwich. Only to have the manager tell.me oh I'm sorry there is nothing I can do. I will never go to this location again. They knew what they were doing.

We haven’t eaten here in a long time because the food was almost always wrong. Today I ordered a California Club. The got it wrong—Again! The croissant was burned. They left off the avocado and they put in a couple of ingredients I ask to be left off. If I call in the order they tell me to bring it back and they will make it right. It’s raining and cold and I don’t want to trudge back out. They at least should refund my money.

Ordered via the app for pickup and included a tip. A handful of items were missing or incorrect and allergen sensitivity notes were overlooked. Had to drive back to get missing items. Manager was apologetic but didn’t offer a discount or anything to make up for the inconvenience and disregard for safety. I asked for a discount and she said she’s not authorized to do so without the GM who was not there.

Chicken salad was ok but the croissant was hard and dry. Nearly choked getting it down. The fruit dip was tasteless. It was procey for what little i got. Not as I remembered. I used to order catered lunches for my company but a lot has changed since then. I was in town from Bryant and will not recommend or eat there again. You used to be so good.

Let me just simply say we had the WORST experience. Rude service when picking up my salad pate and there was a hair in my mother’s salad. They didn’t even apologize for the hair in her salad. They made us feel as if it was our fault. Paid $60 to eat there and was treated so poorly. I understand that mistakes happen but why was I treated with terrible attitude when I came here to spend money and dine with you all? Very disappointing and I will not be back.
And if you pay attention the owner only responds to people who give them a 5 start. They do no address/comment back to people with real issues. Such a shame. How are you in business??

I get the same thing every time. It’s never made the same way and when you order extra dressing and pay for it then you get the wrong dressing….or none at all. They don’t pay attention to what they are doing and they don’t answer the phone.

The chili and salad bar was good
Ordered on the Jason’s deli site and it didn’t actually go through on their end despite confirmation time/text and everything. Had to wait nearly 30 min extra for food in parking lot. But, the lady that did help me was extremely nice and did a great job correcting the mistake. She also managed to get the order correct. As soon as she came out and realized they didn’t have my order, she was immediately on top of it and did her best to get the food out as quickly as she could manage. If not for her, I would have given 1 star instead of 3.
She deserves a 5 star review!!! She’s the kind of employee/service provider every customer hopes to get - especially in this kind of situation.
If she was my employee, I’d be giving her a raise ASAP, because I’d hire her on the spot for any customer service oriented job within my company.

Service was fast and it was very clean. Meal came out to be almost 20$ for a very basic sandwich, chips and a tea. No pickle spear with the sandwich. Maybe 1 piece of bacon on the club. Just felt it was very over priced for what I got. Way better options for the same price. Won’t be coming back.
