Food was good...the bathrooms in this place could possibly worse thank the Pulaski country jailhouse. There were plenty of employees, but they disint seem to have been cleaned in a week. You could smell urine walking into the bathroom door that takes you to the other two entrance doors to the gender specific bathrooms.

So here's my deal--yhr public can only see a few places so why isn't it spotless. Is that a reflection how the prep areas are kept?

Going back in a week. If they're in thr same condition, I'll add pictures, call the health department and maybe the EPA.

Ordered lunch to be delivered and had not arrived in 2 1/2 hours. Called and was told driver stuck in traffic, would be there in 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later called again and they were just packing it up and checking order ( 3 hours later). This order was for the employees of a surgery center that has no facilities for lunch and count on timely deliveries.

Store was completely empty and still managed to mess up on several items of my order. Like how can u have no customers to rush you but still screw up to the point that I'm completely dissatisfied with the whole experience. 0/10 would not recommend

I've been in hospitality for 38+ years. You're only as good as your last dish and service, and this wasn't good. Friendly enough staff. It was unfortunate that I was probably their last customer of the night (845 pm). Was a Togo order. Samiches were ice cold (supposed to be hot roast beef dips) They ran out of dip and subbed onion soup (that I can deal with). Salad was way wrong (ordered a chicken Caesar, got a hodgepodge chef salad instead). It was after their business hours so little could be done about it and only staying in the area for the night. It could have been great but fell into mediocre kitchen and service 101 skills. The initial person was super friendly though and the place looked nice and had a good feel to it.

Delivery time was spot on. I was impressed by how quick the delivery was. We got a couple of baked potatoes, Mexicano and Ranch. They are huge!!! And taste good and were hot on arrival. Driver was friendly and courteous.
