Fun loving gentleman who made my sandwich with care. They even called me to make sure there wasn't a mistake because of the unique way I made my order online. I appreciated them going the extra mile, then having positive personalities. Great experience!

Had to wait a few minutes for my sub, but the staff made it with such care—totally worth it. They were helpful and they made the sandwich just the way I like it!

If you need to feed a crowd, this is the place. We stopped in with 30 hungry baseball players after a game. Anthony and his team took great care of us. They were efficient, accurate and friendly the entire time. They welcomed our players and made them feel like special guests. And it was most impressive that they moved other customers through with us so they were able to get what they needed fast too. We called ahead to let them know to expect us, and they were ready. Our team was fueled with great food and ready to win the next game!

Rude staff, had be standing at the order line for almost 10 minutes before they let me order . Maybe it’s cause of skin tone that they didn’t want to help but they would walk by , look at me and snicker . Wouldn’t recommend here

"I ordered a Buffalo chicken cheesestake sandwich on 2/16/2025 and specifically requested no lettuce and no extra toppings. My sandwich arrived with both lettuce and extra toppings. This mistake made my meal unenjoyable. I would appreciate it if Jersey Mike's could address this issue with their staff to prevent similar errors in the future. Perhaps a system for double-checking custom orders would be beneficial.

Worst jersey mikes I’ve ever been to they can not accommodate a single request (3 straight times coming here) but they will sure charge you for them. They are either incredibly stupid or get a bonus for messing up orders. Will never be back to this location

If I could give your service no stars I would. Terrible experience. Food was good but I ordered a mini and regular drink. Ended up with a regular and large drink. No sorry or offer to change anything. Will never return and also will encourage others to not eat here as well.

So happy I found this place! I was totally lost and indecisive the first time I went in and they were patient and helpful - even during the lunch rush. The staff is always super friendly and even though I've only been there a handful of times they recognize me and greet me like a friend. The resturaunt is always clean, cool and appears to be well stocked.
Destiny makes the best sandwiches EVER. Have you ever seen a 'pretty' sandwich? She makes them! She obviously takes alot of pride in making them the best she can and she does a great job! They are always delicious, the bread is perfect and she piles on the fresh veggies for me (at my request!). :) Unfortunately I don't know the female day time managers name (I'm assuming she's a manager) but she is awesome, too! Seems to take alot of pride in her job and in her coworkers. I've really enjoyed talking to her. They're both knowledgeable about their products and offer great customization suggestions. It definitely seems like the employees enjoy their work environment and that makes it a great, comfortable place to be as a customer.
I love this place! Give them a try. You'll be glad you did!
