Very amicable wait staff. Clean. Good food. Similar to David's, but with chicken. They offer chicken fried chicken, grilled chicken, 2 types of chicken salad, fries, Mac and cheese, and salads. They give you a piece of checkered paper to put on your table for them to bring fries around.

One of the hidden gems in Little Rock. Food is always fresh, good portions for price, and they always greet you. Very similar to chick Fil a in the customer service department and everything else in my opinion is better than David Burgers (they don't sell burgers though) including how they add the perfect amount of salt to the fries . ONLY DOWNSIDE: they have reduced their hours to 5pm while being closed on Sunday's... So I cant eat there for dinner anymore! Hope this restaurant stays!!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful but the food is absolutely terrible. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with a side of "mac n cheese". The mac n cheese in reality is cheesy noodle soup, without question the worst I've ever had. The chicken sandwich was the saddest fried chicken I think I've ever eaten. I never knew you could put such a thin coating of batter on a piece of chicken. I had to look twice to make sure they didn't mistakenly give me a grilled piece. Seasoning and flavor are as absent as you could imagine. This place is David's Burger's re-packaged as a chicken joint. The only thing they have going for them are the fries and ice cream. After leaving I felt like I cheated on Chick-Fil-A and regretted the $32 I spent for 2 people. To my disappointment this place is simply not worth the price of admission. Anyone giving this place more than 3 Stars should have their taste sense checked by a medical professional. I came here wanting to like it but it just wasn't the case.

Love the food, atmosphere and employees, but drove over to eat on a Sunday and they are closed. Went back a few weeks later on a Saturday and they are CLOSED. Also they close at 8pm during the week. Sorry Jess's l, I am taking my business to Slim Chickens. They are open until 11pm and Sat. and Sunday. They work harder for my business.

Very similar to David’s burger but with you guessed it chicken! I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich and look forward to trying some other options next time. I like the simple menu and I think it helps them to keep the food fresh and tasty.

Ordered the nugget meal with French fries and a root beer and a side of Mac and cheese. The nuggets were flavorless and rubbery, the french fries the same. The Mac and cheese well there is truly no description it was just weird. I was really hoping for a good new place to eat. The people working there were great just wish the food had been.

I enjoyed the chicken sandwich at a great price. I trued the mac and cheese, but it wasn't so good. It was more so water based then cheese. ? But the waiter made It right with unlimited fries. They were perfect. Will visit again.

Update: I tried them again, but much better than the first time I visited, and arguably better than Chick-fil-A. The batter for their nuggets is spicier, so they added some flavor.

We love Jess’s!! The chicken is always hot and fresh. Same great service as David’s Burgers. I prefer Jess’s over their competitor, CFA! This is a must stop when we are in the Little Rock area!

Manager as of tonight kept scratching his scalp and playing with his hair then went over to the fries section and start shoveling them and noticed him and a young teenage female worker was flirting and laughing and laughing while I'm sitting in drive thru waiting for my order. Manager not one time come up and say anything to me..so when he kept scratching his scalp..I had to leave because I would not be able to eat my food.
