Been sitting in the drive through for 40+ minutes, only to be told it's currently being made. Beyond frustrated.

Parking lot backed up onto street. Over a half hour wait for lunch. Slowest jimmy johns
Wonderful friendly, super fast service. Restaurant is always clean. Sandwiches are always delicious.

Absolutely pitiful excuse for sandwiches. I used to not be able to finish a sandwich in one sitting, now I was left hungry.
Order taker/window clerk was distracted, had to repeat every part of my order multiple times.

Great food, but very short/rude person working the drive through.
Made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking for a Turkey Tom. I don’t need the intercom dripping with positivity, but don’t be rude.

Very nice employees. The sandwich meat contents have shrunk, though.

Don’t ask for forks. They will ask you why you want extra forks for a $30 order

It's Jimmy John's. Friendly staff, accurate order and fast service. Lotsa vagrants lurking though and consider parking in the back lot, else you'll get blocked in by the drive-thru traffic...

Why have online ordering if you can't make literally just one lil John in under 25 minutes?!

Today was my first time eating Jimmy John's, the sandwich was amazing, but the drive-thru experience was revolting. I only feel comfortable saying so because I've worked widows at 4 different establishments as well as a couple of jobs in sales. I know it's not easy but I learned from the best and I don't believe the customer is always right, but you still need to show a level of professionalism... even if it's just that, a show. I know it's not easy but who said work was supposed to be easy? I think working a window is one of the easiest things I've done. I've worked busy shifts, I got a sence of laziness today (I was the passanger) and the woman at the window said something as we were driving off that I don't wany to repeat, that's disturbing. We weren't trying to be complicated at all.

Look forward to the bread and it was very hard. Toppings ordered were missed and not Freaky Fast. Also, drive through is VERY tight if in a full-size truck.

The location I was at is in downtown Little Rock. The access was not friendly to a truck/large vehicle. Food was great in quality and quantity. To access the interior dining area, your vehicle will be parked in the (busy) traffic pattern.

Not, in fact, freaky fast.
Consistent sub taste though. Just do not recommend this location if you are in a hurry.
Location had leaky ceilings near one of the booths. Not sure what that is about.
