Went through Drive thru for lunch. Had to repeat my order 3x. Bread hard and tough. Ordered bbq chips with my order got salt and vinegar. If I wasn't on lunch break I would have went back. I want be back.

I recently visited the Jimmy John’s location on Broadway in Little Rock and had a very disappointing experience. My party and I were ignored for the first five minutes while standing at the register, even though staff were present. When I asked the manager a simple question about whether I had ordered a combo, they responded with a rude attitude.
Additionally, the staff appeared miserable, and the overall customer service was poor and unprofessional. This was far below the standards I expect from Jimmy John’s.

The customer service at this location is great and appreciable. Everytime I decide to eat here, my sandwiches are made fresh and the order comes quickly. I was inquiring with the manager about other things they have to offer and he let me try the potato salad on the house. I was very impressed on how good that potato salad was. Even when I order a veggies sandwich, there's something about the way this location makes it that it still tastes like meat. Meat. I've ordered the same thing at different. Different Jimmy John's and their veggie sandwich doesn't taste as good. Five ⭐'s guys, especially for the great service and fast deliveries.

Excellent food and staff. I import sandwiches in Europe and have been trawling through America looking for the next big thing. The UK (especially scaffolders) love sandwiches and if you can bring in exotic sandwich flavours then that’s like winning a lottery or writing a Christmas song. I was recommended this place by an Albanian who was driving his Harley through middle America and reached out on my TikTok. Khalkha is a good guy and knows where to get good meat in between bread so shot me this place in a quick video of him doing a dance I don’t of it and I was instantly intrigued. I’m in a bit of an American tour myself (sandwich hunting) and this was stop one. Let me tell you now I wasn’t disappointed. I had a Club Lulu, Bootlegger Club and the Ultimate Porker (not vegetarian) all where delicious and made with love and care. I’m taking them all and hopefully the chef with me, thank God we have free health care in the UK because I’m going to do some damage with the Ultimate Porker.
