The new veggie picklewich was great! The gentleman who took my order was kind and courtesy. The other workers I noticed were diligently preparing the food for others.

I used to eat a Jimmy John’s at least 3 times a week but now the prices are so high and they can’t even make a decent sandwich anymore I’m done with the Jimmy John’s especially the ones in Little Rock I paid $11 for a sandwich yesterday that was nothing like what I ordered online and was just dry bread with a couple of slices of meat no extra vinegar and oils just terrible I have a credit at jimmy John’s in north Little Rock that I refuse to use because of the mother daughter team that works there and they are rude as hell now the one on west markham is bad to 🤦🏽‍♂️ guess it’s back to jersey mikes

Chose them to cater for our wedding, and it was an hit!

I had never had JJ until then, and was very impressed. Every other catering options we found were extremely expensive or unavailable. This was SO affordable compared to anything else and gave us so many options.
When I went in to pick the order up, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything we ordered, and even helped carry it to my car.

We didn’t have any issues at all, and everyone loved it. I’ve been recommending them to everyone now!

When I order delivery, I don’t expect it to be delivered by Uber instead of Jimmy John’s, and I certainly don’t expect it to be delivered by *bike*. Cold toasted sandwiches, crushed chips, and fountain drinks get spilled. Terrible service.

My kids wanted to try Jimmy John's to see if it was better than Subway, so we decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, this was our first and LAST visit. KC, the manager, provided TERRIBLE customer service. When we asked for help using the Jimmy John's app, he claimed he had no idea how it worked. At first, we were the only customers, yet we experienced a LONG WAIT TIME. Once KC finished making our subs, he placed them on the counter and stacked the bags on top, leaving us to bag them ourselves. However, a lady who came in after us was served first, and KC even bagged her order. KC also left the sub in the oven for too long to the point that the sub was too hard to eat. Jimmy John's located on Markham Street in Little Rock, Arkansas NEED A NEW MANAGER. SUBWAY IS A 100 TIMES BETTER FROM THE SUBS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
