Ordered a sandwich and specifically told them what I wanted on it as far as toppings. The gentleman asked me again what all I wanted on it. I said I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. I get home and this is what I have. Extremely frustrating and I don’t want to drive 20 minutes back so they can give me the toppings.

Never had a bad experience with JJ before. Ordered online with request for pickup ASAP. Arrived 15 minutes later and they had not begun to make the order. I redeemed one of my free rewards online and they didn’t include it. They also didn’t include a side pasta or a dessert cookie. They had no customers inside besides me and two cars in the drive thru. If you’re still reading, the Mediterranean chicken wrap is not worth the money, fyi.

I would take your business anywhere else. Attempted to order through drive through after being greeted to which I was interrupted and told they were in the middle of shift change and couldn’t take my order and I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I ran a quick errand and came back 15 minutes later to which they told me they weren’t taking orders and so I asked how long it would be till they were taking orders and I was told 15 minutes. Never been to a fast food chain who needs 30 minutes for a shift change.

Freaky fast? That’s some bullshit. More like Freaky slow. Order and sandwich and it takes damn near an hour to get delivered to you. They used to have their own drivers and you had to be within a certain radius and they would have it to you within minutes. Now it’s all subcontracted through Uber and takes forever. What they once built their reputation on has now gone to hell.

The staff can't read their own menu or put together a sandwich to save their life. The staff here are a prime example of why getting an education is important

Ordered through the App. #4, #5, #12 sandwiches for carry out. No one in line at counter, was not acknowledged for several minutes. Got home and the #5 sandwich had NO meat…cheese, lettuce, and onions only. Totally unacceptable?

Sweet lady that helps run the store always helps the younger workers to learn how to make things quickly and run the machines. Job done while helping others.

The freebie section is an improvement to the sandwich experience. I always get a bootlegger with cheese but this time I added crispy onions, jalapeños, extra onions, Caesar dressing, and oregano. Yeah, try that out!

I looked on my google maps and it says they are closing 10pm. When I arrive 9:35 they were closed. if you are not open you should change your times. Or if you lazy and not want to serve thats completely different
