This place is in bad location. It has maybe 3 parking spaces in front. Also very tight place. If someone parks they have to backup let them out if can because others cars may be behind you. The good was ok but bland with hardly in sauce or condiments on sandwich after spending $20. The only happy part was 3 ladies inside were nice inside.

Terrible customer service! If you hate your job….QUIT!
This location is not up to JJ's standard. It appeared to be understaffed. The bread on my regular appeared to be closer to the Little John size and was too small to hold the ingredients for the layered taste/texture sensation that makes JJ's so good. Business was slow for a weekday lunch hour.

An amazing experience. The staff is so friendly, it was my first time going and they help me create the most tastiest sandwich. Very clean and welcoming environment!

One thing I don’t like is rude people fixing my food. Placed my order and when I approach the window, the girls were very rude. You can literally tell that they were talking about me. I guess one girl told the other girl to look at me and then they started laughing. They were staring and not saying anything so I stared back until one girl came up and just shut the drive-through window. I don’t like people like that making my food. Its always the worst experience from my own kind. I asked for a refund weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my money back. I refuse to spend my money with rude people. I’m not sure what was said, but regardless they were rude. With their bonnet on that, they probably sleep in and then wear to work just unsanitary its not a hair net and not a good look do better probably the worst Jimmy John’s that I went to.
This location has become an absolute joke. The number of times I have shown up and been able to order or pay because their “system is down”…
Sometimes I’ll show up having already ordered and paid online and they’ll be out of something basic, like BREAD - at noon on a Friday. There is never enough people working. They can’t operate a drive through and customers at the counter at the same time. You can pull up or walk in and not even be acknowledged for 5+ mins. Receiving a mobile order can include waiting over 20 minutes in drive through. And when any of these things happen NO ONE inside cares. They don’t notice. It’s not their problem. They don’t apologize. It’s an absolute joke of a business.

Jimmy John’s is known for being fast, but this visit was very slow. I waited much longer than expected for a simple order, and there was no explanation or apology. Hopefully this location can improve its service times.

Nothing about this place is fast these girls haven’t gotten off their phones the entire time and made my one handed so they could continue their speaker phone conversations. Separate conversations.
