The cutest cafe + the yummiest boba tea! Really impressed with all the options they had, & how customizable everything was! And how stinking cute are the cups!!

First time I tried this place I was blown away with the taste.

The Boba was great. Place could use more napkins. They were out of bean buns and takoyaki though, so I can't give them 5 stars

So we try A LOT of boba and have had it in 12 states and this place is HANDS DOWN the best we've EVER had! We tried the peach lemonade with dragon fruit popping pearls and a strawberry tea with peach popping pearls. The employee was so kind and helpful. This will be our new spot to go!!

Cute little place, smells so good in there, friendly staff, great choice of interesting & tasty Teas to choose from.So far I've tried the Pina Colada Tea, & the" Summer Surprise," both delicious. I think I like on ice better than blended though. Also tried the lotus Bao Bun, which was sweet, and delicious. I LOVE the texture! But can't wait to try the more savory ones. They sell out early it seems, a very popular item.

This little shop is super cute. It's decorated in a kawaii theme and features some local artwork. They have a large selection of flavors and types of boba. The way the menu is set up is good for someone like me who is a boba newbie. You pick from a variety of milk or fruit flavor bases, choose type of tea, decide on what boba you want, and then to have it blended or iced, then pick a topping. They have tons of different boba noodles too, dfferent flavors, types, etc. Fruit flavor, juice filled, classic in various flavors. We've been 2x and ordered something for everyone in the family and everything has been delicious!

Vegetarian options: Vegan options and gluten-free options

Not bad, good traditional boba. Not that "bubble" junk everyone else sells. Great solection. Just wish is had more seating. Places like this would thrive if they were setup more like 7Leaves.

Before a few weeks ago, I wouldn't have given KBH-Kav more than 3 or maybe 4 stars on any given visit because service is huge--as well as Vibe Check! I went in with my LO recently and that changed. Though they were having issues with the updated pos that would forget to print every few orders and I was waiting with a toddler which can be taxing, the service and energy was very different from previous experiences. The pos forgetting to print our order, to be made, gave me the opportunity to experience why things (the vibe) felt different. While waiting, I overheard training in progress. I later found out that is was Junior communicating with new employee Yolanda. What stood out the most in my unintended eavesdropping in such a small space was how intentional Junior was about communicating the significance of service and part of that service being efficiency--not speed! Often times today people are over cosumed with the speed over efficiency which usually ends up making all the difference--in service and world waste. Junior and Yolanda, glad my LO and I got to experience such a great teaching moment and also watching what great leaders should do--take and make the time to communicate in the beginning! It was a pleasure!PS if anyone is looking for an amazing drink with florals..... rose fruit tea at 50% sweetness ( don't do more than that it will ruin it) with lychee fruit--OMG! You're welcome-- thanks ? Junior!XO & All The Best

I went here maybe a year ago, and the food was delicious. I'm leaving a review this late cause I so badly want another red bean steamed bun from this place. I live several hours away from Arkansas and have not found another place with fresh steamed buns. I will be back, Kawaii Boba House... I will be back.

One of my favorite bubble tea places to go. The workers are friendly and prompt with their service most of the time, and the drinks and the atmosphere play into the cutesy theme it has going for it. Love looking at the local artists’ art hanging on the walls too. Overall, it’s a great place to go if you’re craving a sweet treat. My only gripe is one of the cashiers who sometimes works at the register. He’s kind of condescending and likes to guilt customers into buying other stuff or giving tips. Not a good look for the company.Other than him, I can’t recommend this place enough!

This is a fantastic drink shop! If you have never had boba before, this is the best place to try! Whether you want something chocolatey, extra sweet, or fruity, there is a drink combination available for you!PROS:--So many drink combinations!--Their drinks feel healthier than what you would get at a fast-food place or Starbucks. They are refreshing and don’t feel overfilling.--Vegan options--Friendly staff. My first time coming to this shop they were knowledgeable and patient with me during the ordering process.--Welcoming atmosphere. I saw people of all ages enjoying this shop and what it has to offer.--Cute merchandise. If you find yourself frequenting this shop a lot, I recommend getting their souvenir cup. Your drink stays cooler longer and you get 50 cent discounts off future drink purchases.CONS:--Sometimes they run out of certain options, but I believe they are getting better with managing inventory.--Limited seating. During peak hours (usually on the weekends) it can be hard to find a place to enjoy the atmosphere of the shop. This is a quality business and I wish for their continued success!
