Heady was very rude and and was very pushy, like she didn’t want to even take our order, after we went to the window after we could’ve even finish our order because she was so rude and didn’t know what she was doing and she said that we couldn’t add anything because we were at the window. Very rude not gonna come here again. Do Not Recommend

On June 18 at approximately 8:35 tried to go to KFC to buy chicken through the drive-through as I was driving around I saw somebody locking up the lobby even though the state of ours is 1030 when I pulled around to the drive-through I was told I’d be a half hour for chicken. That means they had absolutely no cooked. I don’t know who the owners are. It sounds to me like somebody’s just riding the clock and not working.

Okay, the employees sucked, and the service and wait sucked, but the Good Colonel made a sweet deal with some Mountain Dew executives and made some kinda proprietary amazing syrup that was the best Mountain Dew flavor I've ever had. It beat Baja Blast and the mango flavor at Little Caesars, and the original chicken and cac and cheese were just dank... (In a good way). Like, I drooled on myself while eating this stuff. 😝. True story

I absolutely cannot stand this place I tried them after not coming back to them for over 3 years because they called my daughter names and she is special needs and autistic and they made fun of her for that so I quit going there plus they didn't have my order together and it seem like everybody in the background was playing a lot. My review for today which is April 1st 2025 I went through the drive-thru at about 9:15pm The lady that was there was real short with every answer like she had an attitude and then when I place my order I noticed I was the only car in their line but there was like 30 cars at Popeyes across the street I asked the lady if I could pay for a spray and add it to my meal that I chose which was the bucket 10 piece tenders which they only gave me six tenders and I didn't realize it till I got home when I asked for the Sprite to be added to the order The lady told me I had to drive all the way back around but what was crazy was I was the only person in their line again there was nobody else there and I asked her could she make it a second order so that I can pay for it or add it to my meal she said she could not make it a second order and that I needed to drive all the way back around the building and stop at the speaker to place the order for just the Sprite not only did they mess up my bucket of chicken but it was hard and rubbery and those potato cake things are not that good when they are cold also they turned around and gave me one sauce for what was supposed to be 10 chicken strips and they left off my biscuits and everything else I will never go back to this KFC again and I don't know if I would eat here if it was the last place on Earth The food was nasty and the service was awful I did make a trip through this drive-through earlier today at around 12:30 noon and there was a Much Nicer person at the window and she handled everything very professionally but this young lady in drive thru tonight really did not know what she was doing she may need some extra training on her job on customer care because one thing I don't think she realized was that I'm a critic and this place has yet to redeem itself.

If I could give you half a star, those who attend at night are useless... they worry just about seeing their cell phones.
Have tried a few times over the last few.months to go in to the lobby to eat and the doors are always locked. Not everyone like to eat in their cars. If you're not going to open the lobby, have the decency to either update your hours or at least put a sign in the damn window

Pulled up to receive mobile order people sitting in the kitchen not taking orders doesn’t close till 1030 I was scheduled to pick my order up @ 9:20pm probably will never get kfc again

DO NOT GO! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! my tenders were burnt & the cook told me i had to wait until the next day for my refund! HORRIBLE RESTAURANT & i will not be back!! HORRIBLEEEEE!!! i’ve never been handled how this KFC handled me on top of i havent had KFC in years & wanted to see what has changed but i see NOTHING!!

Terrible customer service, long wait for drive thru then finally got to speaker asked if I could get my tenders fresh and the lady responded, "That I can get in the back of the line and wait 10mins". I have never felt so disrespected, the only reason I went thru the drive thru was because there was a sign on the door that read drive thru only and it's ridiculous to wait in that extremely long line again. It was only 6:30pm I'll just take my business elsewhere.
