We were excited to eat here as I ate here as a little girl and the chicken was good! We had driven from hotsprings but last night when we went through the drive through and ordered a three piece it was like they ran it through a fryer then placed it in the microwave and placed it back in the fryer! Terrible and then the staff just walk by looking in the window just staring and walked off on their phones! KFCs are slowly going out of business and this one needs to go next! Terrible service will never be back!!

Been there 3 times, they’re either OUT of chicken or my order’s NEVER right. This place is used for employee hangout. Off duty employees hanging outside with boyfriends. Need new management. My last visit there today ‼️& OH I returned with my wrong order to be corrected & they put my chicken back to
resale after I took it all the way home & back

10/23/25 12:00 white lady working the drive thru was very rude and impatient!! I asked for my food fresh and it was still no where near fresh! They barely been open two hours and the service is already TRASH!!!!!!

I hate this KFC and they are the reason I will never eat KFC again. The staff are rude everytime I pull up the MANAGER is outside smoking. I waited 30 minutes for 2 items. I’ve complained to everyone and not even the store manager even acts like they care. This store needs new staffing IMMEDIATELY!!!

We requested a refund. They lost $19 over $.20 and an easy fix. I’m sure it doesn’t matter to them as they’re not the owners. The cashier, Laiya, and the supervisor on duty are extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is by far the worst that I’ve come across in a really long time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had to share this horrific experience immediately in hopes that the franchise owner or corporate will see this and take immediate action! My daughter put an order in on the KFC app and set it up for drive through. She and I were talking on the phone when she arrived. Upon her arrival, she gave her name and the man on the speaker told her to come inside. She stated she ordered her pickup for drive through and asked why she had to come inside. The man immediately escalated and said she needed to come inside because her food wasn’t ready. She said she could wait in her car for it. (She did not want to get out of her car for personal reasons) The man started yelling at her so she said she would come to the window for a refund. He told her he was not giving her a refund and because cursing at my daughter like he had lost his mind! I couldn’t believe how he was yelling and cursing at her saying he wasn’t (expletive) going back and forth with her and she can get the (expletive) out of the drive through! She asked to speak to a manager and said he WAS the manager!! I could not believe what I was hearing from this man!!! She stated she was going to wait at the window until she was refunded her money. He said she wasn’t getting (expletive) from him and he was calling the police. My daughter waited until the police arrived and she told the officer what occurred. She received a complaint number and the name of the manager.
There is absolutely no way an employee should be allowed to treat and talk to the customer in that manner, let alone a MANAGER! I cannot imagine the environment the employees are operating in if their manager curses the customers unabashedly! I will also send my complaint to corporate.

I want to love this KFC. However, the quality of the food is a hit and a miss. The counter staff are distracted and usually annoyed to be there. Drive-thru is somewhat better. The inside is greasy and if cleaned, it must have been with a greasy rag.

Heady was very rude and and was very pushy, like she didn’t want to even take our order, after we went to the window after we could’ve even finish our order because she was so rude and didn’t know what she was doing and she said that we couldn’t add anything because we were at the window. Very rude not gonna come here again. Do Not Recommend

Sorry ass place, always out of chicken, service is horrible, just throw the whole restaurant away, crew, shift manager, etc... Go to Popeyes
