First the lady name Nikki at the drive through did not inform me that it would be a 8min wait until after she took my payment then after waiting 10 extra minutes I go in and the young girl a the register was rude when I asked how long it would be she asked someone else and they stated the the wings was ready therefore I waited 15 mins for food that was ready but I had to get out of my car and go in to get my food instead of someone bringing it to me as I was informed that it would be brought to me within 8 minutes missing 15 minutes of my lunch break

The service here is absolutely trash ! They said the can’t take your order until the food is ready but you can order online and they take the money and not get the food which makes zero sense .. plus the manager and workers here have horrible attitudes ! Do not eat at this place!

The chicken was over cooked. I ordered a 12 piece but they didn’t have enough for a 12 piece so I took an 8 piece. I got sides. The corn was hard enough for popcorn. The chicken was over cooked and in the process it cost me $40.00. I was very disappointed!

The lady said, day ain't got no white meat chicken left, I said, can you drop some wings down for my meal instead? I'll wait. She said we ain't got no mo chicken. leg and thigh only 🤣 Tuesday 2/2/2026 7pm. KFC in Little Rock running out of chicken is a plus for the economy 🤣

I usually get KFC from this location but not usually at night. I placed a mobile order. When I pulled into the parking lot it said my order was ready. I went to the drive thru. The girl at the window was rude and asked me to pull up to the windows, I obliged. 20 minutes and many cars pass and they never brought my food. I backed up to the window and she looked annoyed and why was I bothering her! I asked if they ever got my order together? She rudely and hatefully asked my name again. Then she hands me a bag. I got home with my order and my biscuits were inedible. They tasted old and like someone didn't finish cooking them. The chicken was all coated in a super dark crust and it had enough salt to melt the rest of the ice in Arkansas. The mashed potatoes were ok but they put the gravy in a separate container, but didn't close the lid!! Horrible experience I won't be back... They did used to have good service and decent food... But not now! Someone needs to find the owner!!

They ran out of chicken earlier in the day and were unable to fulfill my online order. The team tried to work out alternatives and quickly provided information to get my refund. The refund was processed by calling an 800 # but it was immediate.

We were excited to eat here as I ate here as a little girl and the chicken was good! We had driven from hotsprings but last night when we went through the drive through and ordered a three piece it was like they ran it through a fryer then placed it in the microwave and placed it back in the fryer! Terrible and then the staff just walk by looking in the window just staring and walked off on their phones! KFCs are slowly going out of business and this one needs to go next! Terrible service will never be back!!

Been there 3 times, they’re either OUT of chicken or my order’s NEVER right. This place is used for employee hangout. Off duty employees hanging outside with boyfriends. Need new management. My last visit there today ‼️& OH I returned with my wrong order to be corrected & they put my chicken back to
resale after I took it all the way home & back
