I went to this location, and didn’t even receive a receipt for my order and I sit at the window for condiments I had to ask for I ordered a 12 pcs with 3large side, and the woman at this location that was at the window with the dreads had a attitude when I asked for simple things, don’t go to this location I see why you guys have a low rating the females in there have major attitude problems..

Omg, i ordered a chicken pot pie, but this location didn’t have any. I asked the guy at the window to make me a famous bowl instead. Y'all. That famous bowl was the best I’ve had since I’ve moved to sw in August! It was soooo good.! Everything was well proportioned and fresh!! Will definitely be back!!

I asked for original on all 3 of my meals ,but they still gave me all crispy. I ask for double fries and they put fries and wedges. Drove all the way home to see my order all the way wrong and chicken not fresh with a dry biscuit...smh...they gotta do better this year they just suck idk what's going on i literally paid $40 for some old mess

Restaurant was clean but I ordered Original chicken & have no idea what I got. One piece looked original & one piece looked crispy & they both looked like they spent 2 days under a heat lamp. It was worthy of the trash can but children are starving so I ate it & tried to be thankful. Help me Lord to be thankful.

Payed 2.69 for extra gravy and was jot even half full serving. So I showed the Managers behind the worked Running drive through. She did not even want to help me. Stood there for 3 min waiting until the Young lady came from behind the counter tossed the gravy I handed her into the trash and got me more gravy... if they were just going to throw it away I should have gotten extra gravy 4 free. Both restrooms were closed dinning room was ok and my chicken was over cooked. I drive 15 min to go to the other location.. KFC you need to know how your customers are being treated or we will stop coming...

Service was Shitty and Slow. Placed a online order and when I got to KFC I still had to wait for my order. My mother also made a online order and she had to wait 45 minutes for her order. But let's not forget the people who was there before us and WAS STILL WAITING!!! THEY FORGOT ABOUT THE WOMAN THAT HAD BEEN SITTING OUTSIDE FOR ALMOST 50 MINUTES YA'LL!!! SHE WAS ELDERLY AND THEY FORGOT ABOUT HER!!! THEY NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN OR GET BETTER STAFF. AND THEY NEED TO CLEAN CAUSE THEY ARE DIRTY!!! WORST FAST FOOD PLACE I HAVE EVER EATIN AT!!!
