I’ve been two separate times around 8 pm they act like they are closed when clearly online it’s says 1030 then I see them inside moving around just sad I hope the franchise manger see these comments and take awareness cause yall going to close soon

This is not a good store, the food is always old. Pitiful. They clearly don't want anyone's business, so they wont get mine anymore, throwing good money away. I will go to Popeyes, where the people are more pleasant and the chicken are almost always hot. The owner and manager of KFC on Geyer Springs should be ashamed of themselves, they run a low standard store.

Please just go to Popeyes! Do not go here unless you want to argue with the staff. The manager argued with me for 10 minutes instead of taking my order when I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes trying to order but nobody would answer me. That’s when I pulled up to tell them I couldn’t order through the speaker and that I had been sitting there for a while but they told me I was lying because they would have seen it on the monitor. I was on lunch break and only had 10 minutes left.

Took too long to take our order. Didn’t give the correct food and just walked away from the window not to be seen again. They do not care about their customers. Would rather listen to music in his ears than listen to our order apparently. And they were out of food we tried to order. Do not texcomend this location unless it’s your last option.

Whom ever oen this particular franchise, your employees are going to be the failure of this location. I came through the drive-thru at 5.25 pm today Saturday, March 15, 2025. I asked for a 3 peice original. I was told that it would take 30 minutes i decided to wait. I figured wow it will be fresh.and hot. I Didn't leave the parking lot. I drove through.the drive through again, i was told they only had breast and wings. I said ok give me two breasts and a wing. She said oops somebody just came through.and bought it all. Was it a ghost, because I never left the parking lot. I was then told it would be another 30 minutes. I just drove on up.to Popeyes Whomever it may concern, you have people employed in there that does not care it your business fall flat. The lobby is usually nevet open. Employees have their children behind the counter in car seats etc. The behavior is terrible, they're very argumentative!

This is the 7th time I have been to this location The first 6 times I have come by the drive through no one would answer, but I could tell the restaurant was open from all the people that was hanging out in the parking lot. I came this time no one was there. They told me after waiting again for someone again to answer me at the drive through that it was a 15 to 20 minute wait on chicken. I don’t know who owns this location, it needs to be shut down. I have a lot of family members come by it’s the same. A lot of riff raft. If you don’t want to sell chicken, or if it’s a front for something else shut the place down! I definitely will not be back!
tea was so sweet it was literally thick and tasted like syrup, got a full course of grease with a side of chicken. Mid.

This is the second week in a row I tried this location! Last week the original-chicken was so dark, black grease was coming out of it. I thought ok, maybe they just didn’t get a chance to change or filter the grease. Silly me, I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and go back this week. Chicken was just as dark and greasy, but old and dried up this time. Too old for the black grease to be all over this plate this time. That was the only difference. This original-chicken is only fit for the trash, it’s not edible! The owners of this place must never visit! They deserve to be out of business! Make the workers eat what they serve and that will be a good way to run them off! I’m going back to Popeye’s on baseline, food is always fresh and people are always pleasant! You people should visit them and take your note pads….
