Their hours say they close at 11pm on google. I arrived to the drive thru at 10:10pm tonight. The lights are on. However, the person on the speaker states they’re closed. They closed at 10pm. He said the online hours are wrong ( although it was verified by the company 2 months ago). The hours on the door state 10:30pm. Either way… they closed earlier than the advertised hours. So misleading.

This location smelled like raw sewage and stagnate water was in the parking lot. I waited an hour for service and finally had to complain before they came with my order. I got home and the order was wrong , so called and told them, and then went back up and they wouldn't make it right. They employees were very rude.The food was terrible tasted like old greasy chicken. Did call corporate on them, they made it right.

On my 30 min. Lunch break a coworker and I stopped in for lunch through the drive through after placing our 1st order the cashier said if we made a 2nd order I'd have to drive back around or go inside. Typically I could see that as a issue if there were multiple people in line but we were the only ones in the drive through needless to say the 2nd order was never made and my business will never go there again I wentbacross the street to burger King and will continue going where the employees DO their jobs.

I love kfc but, First thing you’ll see coming in are the employees smoking weed outside. They answer the drive thru whenever they want, and if u go to the window after waiting for so long for them to answer the drive thru and they don’t answer once you pull to the window they tell you that you can’t order here. The one time I did get kfc here the chicken was soggy as if it sat in water. Just DisappointingKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. They smoke week outside and blast inappropriate music inside

I was going to order through the drive thru, I was the only one in line and I was waiting, and waiting and no one was attending. So I just drove to the window, the guy took my order and he give me my soda half way full and maked me wait for my food for about another 15 min. Awful service!

Despite the bad reviews, my wife and I stopped here for food real quick mid-roadtrip and it was honestly fine. The outside of the building looks a lot worse than the inside, the inside was clean and put together. The staff weren't rude to us at all, they took our order and got our food out pretty quickly and then we ate here.The food was good and hot. My wife seemed to really enjoy hers and I think this might be my favourite fast food coleslaw I've had. They did go a bit heavy on the mayo for the chicken sandwich but otherwise it was all very good.

The nuggets could have been fresh, but we ate them anyways. Other than that we were satisfied with the food.
Very horrible service. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins without anyone saying anything. We pull to the window and the lady was very rude saying “on God I didn’t hear u at the speaker” and y’all need to pull back around to the speaker. We asked for a manager and she was very unprofessional saying she not taking our order and we holding her line up and then she closed the window on us. I’ll never spend my money with this company very very unprofessional.

This location NEVER have crispy chicken. I come at least 3 times a week anytime in between 6 and 8 and they are always out of crispy!!! I absolutely loved KFC and be trying to give them the benefit of dought but when I say everyday for about a month now I mean just that. Then they are extremely rude with the delivery of the news it's never done in a polite manner its like ok we out and..... lastly they refuse to answer the phones at all times.

This location tried to charging me $4.19 for 1 chicken leg. Ain't now way. Just lost a customer of 30+ years and I'm spreading the word. Geyer Springs location you should be ashame.

It was the worst experience I ever had, first off every one was hanging outside going back and forth to the kitchen touching food without washing there hands, the manager had no control the crew they was doing wat they wanted to do even the manager was hanging outside, the store was DIRTY as hell the chicken was burnt and the biscuits was DRY AND CRUMBLELY!!! So the website say this location closed at 11pm, the sign at the restaurant say they close at 10:30, I made an mobile order at 10 to pick up 10:15. When I pulled up she stated they couldn't make my order not only was she rude but I watch her and other Coworkers go outside to smoke. Hopefully they have cameras THATS THE PROOF.
