Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Best place to get quality donuts. It's a rare treat when I do go, and its awesome. Great for kids too, you can see the donuts being made. You can do fundraisers and field trips, kids get a hat. It's great all around!

I live in Hot Springs and have had 2 appointments in Little Rock this week. Both times I have stopped by Krispy Kreme and there were maybe 15 doughnuts... none of them glazed in the case. Today I stopped in and was never even acknowledged after standing for almost 15 minutes to ask when more glazed might be started. Very frustrated with the lack of product but more so with the lack of customer service.

Bad manager, i am in line for 10 min waiting, and if i go inside they will not understand and put what ever they want. Very very bad staff. My kid likes it otherwise i will never go again.

Usually its pretty good. Donuts are great. Today was a bit understaffed.

This is probably the most unprofessional location I've been too. Women walking around with satin hair caps on. Having “attitude written all over her face when one of her associates asked for help. Just rude. The people here look lazy. It was a couple of workers in the back just sitting there, while there's a line going out the door.

It was horrible. No napkins or toilet paper in the bathroom. The donuts tasted very stale. There were no lines running and no one acted like they cared if they worked there or not. The floor was so nasty my shoes were sticking to it. Visit at your own risk.

Absolutely delicious. Very nice staff too. I was shown how to get the best package price and that saved me money!!!! Very honest folk!!!

Understaffed, manager was in the back. Was in line 10 minutes, at the window for 22 minutes. Two employees on floor and the manager stayed in the back. Too many people in line for such short staff. Needs at least 3 staff on top of manager. Manager should have been up front helping. Megan was very professional and polite.

Stopped at Krispy Kreme today and had some great hot donuts. The facilities were nice, the staff was friendly yet seemingly overworked. The donuts were turning out like a wood chipper on overdrive. We purchased our dozen hot donuts and devoured most of them before we got out of the building. It's easy in and out access and there's a convenient drive-through window. And the bathrooms are clean , According to my 15-year-old son. Thank you for the good product in the good service Krispy Kreme.

Consistently don't have glazed donuts. Many excuses: machine is broken, someone didn't show up for work, we make all the other donuts before glazed, yada, yada, yada. This was at one time a great donut shop... now, not so much. Don't waste your time.

Been here twice in the past month to pick up donuts for my work. Went at 0630 in the morning and was told there were no glazed donuts at all. I asked why and the drive through worker said their machine was not on. WHAT?! Went again last week around 0745 and was told it would be an hour before any glazed donuts were available. While I was waiting in line 3 cars left without getting any donuts (bc there were none). This location used to be awesome. Really wish management would clean house and hire appropriate staff. They are losing a ton of money.

Every time I go to this location they start with a list of what donuts they DON'T have. On my last trip it took 25 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Another time I drove up at 10am to them closing the store for the day because of broken machines. The staff are slow and rude. Management needs to start managing!

Last three times we have gone it has been terrible. they will literally not have any donuts made ... the the entire point of your business is TO HAVE DONUTS.

I learned that you don't get free 🍩 when the light is on but the ones that you buy are a sweet deal!
