Sell out of groceries and have empty spaces on shelves. I have to look closely at produce as I have found mold. Long wait to check out. Employees at self checkout are helpful. Bathrooms are dirty.

I’m at the fuel station that opens at 6 a.m. and am trying to pay with cash so I will have change for something else and THERE IS NO ONE WORKING. The people inside have no clue who is supposed to be working and have no one to come outside to help. Did I mention it’s almost 9 a.m.? Why a manager has not come out here to help is beyond me. A couple of months ago my daughter and I were shopping here and a man was shot right outside in the parking lot. That was the second time that has happened to us here. I keep saying I will never come back here. Today was the final straw.

This Kroger is disgusting and the food is not fresh. Whatever you do NEVER do a "pick up" from this location, they WILL give you bad produce. I often get the wrong items without being informed of any alternative products being substituted, and they will forget bags of your food I the freezer. I ordered strawberries today on a "pick up" and when I opened the container once I got home they were moldy. I have ordered produce in the past and it was already past what I would not consider consumable. I don't understand how you feel that this is an ok practice for people trusting your service, this has never happened at any other location. I don't know if it is management or the employees but I won't ever go back to this store.

These bagels that I got from Kroger Food Stores are very crusty. I was really looking forward to waking up this morning and eating a bagel... BUT THESE BAGELS ARE TRASH. Beware, don't get the cinnamon raisin bagels from Kroger because they are very flakey and taste quite stale. These bagels ruined my whole day

The store at Baseline and Gyer Slings in LR, AR. The management doesn't keep the property up. There are CRATERS (pot holes) all in the parking lot. And they don't stock a lot that's advertised.

Eh.. I usually can find what I need although sometimes I go and it seems like everything I need is out of stock all at once. Also, they don't have enough shopping carts. More than once I have visited and there were 0 carts available; and if some were, they were either loud and raggedy as heck or I had to go find one in the parking lot myself. I mainly come here because the location is convenient.
