I ordered a burrito with beans and cheese for my daughter and they put rice in it. I told them I didn't want rice and they said that's how the burrito is made with rice and they returned it anyway and you could hear the cook screaming arguing with the waitress and saying how If you want, you have to charge it and it's not the first time they've done that to me, they bring me what I didn't ask for.

The cashiers have a terrible attitude. I asked them for a square tray to grab bread and they told me that Aya had the other ones when I always borrowed it from them. The owner told me that's what trays are for and some simple cashiers don't want you to touch them.

Ugly experience, I have never been treated so badly in that store, the bitter cashier is all upset, talking ugly, when she can say things in a good way, they don't say thank you or anything.

The bread is so-so. They don't make the cutter as it should be done. The bread that has many greens is very stiff and the flavor is well... very very.The bread is not great. The Cortadillo here is mediocre as it isn't made traditionally how one is supposed to. They use wet ice. A lot of the bread is hard with semi-ok flavoring. Would recommend somewhere else for sweet bread.

The food is 7/10 but the service -0 I ordered a mixed barbecue that was for two people and a meal on the children's menu, they told me that the barbecue took 30 minutes but that the child's food could be delivered earlier and I said which was fine, they served several tables and they didn't take the child's food, and when they took everything to us it turns out that they didn't bring us plates to serve the barbecue that was for two people, I don't know how they thought we could eat from the same plate, then we passed For about 20 minutes, I raised my hand calling someone and no one came to order something extra to take, to see why no one did, we decided to order a plate to take the food and I let him know what was happening, not even an apology was offered, I went to pay and in a bad way They gave me my change.
