I ordered the slices and stixs with bacon online. I kept watching the tracker but after almost 40 mins it never changed so I went inside. To only have to wait another 10 mins. Finally a young man came up front I told him my name and he picked up a pizza box that was just sitting on the counter for who knows how long. He said I dont know who put it here. I said well I hope its hot which it wasnt. Also one side of the pizza and stixs was super thick the other side was like thin crust.

Today order an extra most bestest that have 17 pieces of sausage and an inch of crust. Tbh I feel like you're taking hot and ready pizzas and passing them off as emb pizzas which is ripping me off since I'm paying more.

They made my order incorrect after waiting 45 minutes because they were all sitting outside. I called to let them know my order was not made correct, they hung up. I drive back up there they take the incorrect pizza back. Then proceeded to cuss at me, refused to remake the pizza, refused to refund my order. I have now filed a dispute with my bank to recover the money they stole as well as filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Y’all need t relief ERICA PHILLIPS of her duties. She has ran this store into the ground.

Absolutely amazing!!! Fresh out the oven lunch special with drink!! $7.00 isn't bad at all for lunch!! Customer service was on point, super nice, friendly , polite!! It's definitely a good spot in general!!

Call the health department now and shut this place down. I walked in yesterday to grab a pizza and after waiting for a bit I noticed the employee heading the dough grab his phone with his bare hand, send a text, put it back into his pocket and then goes back to heading the dough with the same hand that was just touching his phone. The amount of bacteria that lives on a cell phone, plus the obvious comfortability of the employee performing the act, I am sure he does this all the time. I was revolted that such a disregard for public safety and health in an eating establishment was ok. I mentioned it to the manager, who was in her phone as well and she seemed more irritated than I was disturbing her rather being concerned about the blatant disregard to universal precautions when dealing with food in a public establishment. It's sad, the dangers that lurk in every corner that many don't recognize, but as a healthcare provider and a person with moral character and integrity, disregarding sanitary measures when dealing with the public is UNACCEPTABLE.
