The young lady Lakesha J. Not only forgot to give me my change . While looking at me as if she doesn’t know why I’m waiting. She then ask for my receipt and then gives me my change. Just to forget my order . My order was placed 30 mins before I got my food and I had to ask how much longer. She asked what I have then turned around and grabbed my food because it was ready. The store was not busy.

Took a while (about 30-40 minutes) to get my food. I went through the drive thru and they said they’d bring it out but I had to go in and pick it up. The girl working there was going back and forth between the drive thru and the walk ins so I guess they only had a couple people working. Food was lukewarm at best when I finally got it.

I order meat lovers stuffed crush. The pizza was not left in oven long enough. It was still doughy. Then they asked me bring it back up there to make another. Some people live to far be driving round trips for pizza. Why not give store credit.

If I could give this place a 0stars I would how they just did me. I order my food at 357 y’all it’s 506pm and still no food I had to walk in to get my money back l. They left me sitting in my car thinking they was going to just refund me my money no. Then the young teens working in there was like I didn’t see her out there clearly she did because she brought out the wrong food and I told her she asked for my report I gave it to her and she acted like she couldn’t find my receipt the. Doesn’t say sorry or anything.

Both times I went here, I picked up the pizza in the portal from ordering online. The process is easy and seamless. I like the look of the building. Seems that it was a bank at one time. Feels good to walk in, get the pizza, and walk out in about 2 minutes or so.

I ordered a pizza at 10pm and it showed that I wouldn't receive the delivery until 10:58. I called at 10:11 to cancel the order and they told me I couldn't because they already made it. I called and used the customer service chat for an hour and finally after 11pm, when the order status was only confirmed and the eta for the delivery was 11:10, they told me the order had already been canceled because nobody picked it up within 15 minutes of it being ready. This was very frustrating and a complete waste of time. They use doordash for their delivery service which is a terrible thing because that is not a reliable delivery service.
