The person making the pizza wasn't wearing any gloves. He was handling the food with his bear hands. If someone is allergic to pepperoni, he touches the pepperoni and goes to making their pizza. Someone could have problems. Everyone making or taking pizzas out of the ovenshould have gloves on.

The clerk on drive thru was very nice and he even made us some cheese bread so close to closing time I wish ALL customer service had this man's attitude. I was really shock at his mannerisms and when I was trying to figure out what to order since he had no cheesy bread ready he offered other bread and cheese items. Thank you to our drive through guy also for offering and actually delivering the order to my truck even going back in to get the receipt after I inquired if it was with the food.

Update: Took 37min in total, both iyems from the got and ready list... Came through the drive thru, was told 12min for my order.... It has now been 30min and I'm still waiting. When asking about my food, was told would be a few min. That was 10min ago.... They keep bringing out pizza to people that ordered after me.

Waited 30 minutes for these, I even ordered ahead 😭 staff did not seem happy to be there, and its ALWAYS a wait even when ordering a regular pizza. What ever happened to hot and ready bro

I've tried 3 times, over the last couple months, to order a thin crust, well done, no cut pizza thru the website. All 3 times it's not been well done and it's been square cut - the worst kind of cut. BUT - the food is fresh, when I come for lunch during work, I'm in and out quickly and everyone is always nice. Maybe phone orders from now on tho
