The worst service I've had at a location, the guy with freckles (didn't have a name tag) was very rude, I wouldn't go here when it's the evening shift!

Dealing with the manger Ty was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life. He was no help at all when they were at fault. He cussed me out for telling him the problem I had. The other employee lied about the situation, and the manager went with what he said and hung up in my face. I can’t believe that a paying customer that shops here weekly can be treated in this fashion. Ever since he became the manager I’ve had problems with the service. Today was the last straw because I expressed how my kids needed to eat and they did nothing about it. I would think that they cared more about children, I will no longer spend my hard earned money with these tyrants. Beware if you spend your money there. It’s definitely a gamble, I thought I was at the casino. I see why they say the house always wins , because my kids lost and are still hungry.

I’d like to say I spend quite a bit of money with this company. I really hate to order from this specific place simply because the workers are very unprofessional and lack basic manners. Food is never prepared or made when told it’d be. Just about everyone in there seems to always be high, low functioning and on their phones. Whoever owns this store should really reconsider who you have representing your franchise. If I could give a negative I would.

No power in the city, they were taking orders and the turn around was qick, about 16 mins.

Horrible wait time. ! Had be pull up front & wait. & my food wasn’t even fresh / over cooked. This isn’t the first time either , I shouldn’t have returned.

Got my order I ordered online went to box and got food asked for sauce and guy up front desk was rude and attitude I won't be back to this one.

I placed my order online and after more than an hour waiting, the delivery guy called me and told me that someone else picked up my pizza. I spoke to customer service and they told me that they would give me a refund but that it would take who knows how many days to show up at the bank, by the way it was an order for 82 dollars, I had to place the order again because my children were waiting to eat pizza and now I have to wait 45 minutes and if not I have problems again!!! 😡

I waited 15 minutes out front for an uncooked pizza. Go inside to get it done right. And they say it will be about 15 minutes. All the while. Lil dude walking around on his phone making drug sells the white chick who appears to be the only one doing anything but not much seems to be confused about where she came from or like somebody didn't teach her how to speak correctly. I ask for the manager and that dumpster fire was absolutely no help at all. The store is nasty the manager is gross with her hygiene and the two employs are clearly incompetent. Shut that place down. They are ruining the name of the whole business.
